I negotiated the deal with Luke over the phone. What a great guy, he is so helpful!! I wouldn't normally buy a car without seeing but Luke gave me the confidence to take the chance and I am so glad i did! They delivered the car straight to my door and it is a beauty, exactly as they described it!! I cant recommend Luke and Fleet Sales highly enough!!
Bought family car and it was advertised Offering 3 months warranty but then when we needed it as car had to be return twice with faults within the 1st 5 weeks to be told no warranty and totally refused to take the car back for refund even though we could not get it off the drive. No customer care, dishonest and would not recommend.

Thank you for your review, disappointed we only got one 1 star. There was confustion over the warranty because the car was actually covered under the manufactures warranty however when you called with the issue we just assumed you had the AA Warranty, so to confirm you did actually have a warranty and its more than the 3 month AA warranty. We're surprised too by your comment of having no customer care and being dishonest because the issue that you mentioned that it needed to come back with some issues which I believe were with the handbrake with we sorted with no cost to yourself. In relation to the clutch that is a wear and tear item and wouldn't have been covered under the manufactures warranty however we did agree to pay two thirds on the cost of the clutch. The car is 6 years old and has done 81,000 miles so unfortuneatly things can go wrong, however we never once fobbed you off. If we refused to sort the hand brake and ignored you throughout the whole process and didn't offer to contribute to the clutch I could understand you calling us dishonest and having no customer care, however this isn't the case. Shame about the review because I don't think it was an honest account of what happened.

I emailed to book a test drive/viewing. Arrived and the car had obviously had a very good valet. I loved the car as soon as I sat in it, I was left to inspect at my leisure, no hard sell ( brilliant ). I had expected to get the car the following week but Rachel sorted all the paperwork while I was there. Got a call this morning to collect the car... Fantastic service, unbelievably quick. Never been to such a helpful car sales with no pushy salesman. The car even looked like it had been valeted again. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Recommended without question. 5 star company with 5 star staff. Will definitely be back when its time to change Thankyou very much
Overall I was happy, the car runs great. They had a lot of large vehicles, 7 seaters, vans and that sort of thing. General customer service could have been a little better, make it more of an experience than just a transaction but I would still recommend them and also worth mentioning that having purchased the car I have not had to have any issues resolved by Fleet Sales Cosby as there have been no problems for them to sort in 3 months.
