Had to get a new tyre from a local shop who then tried to mis sell me new brake pads etc so took it back to FCC who checked it over and put my mind at ease ! Great service. I bought a Mercedes e class 2 weeks ago for over £14000, last week I had a flat battery I telephoned fleetwood car Centre, they wasn't interested. also for a Mercedes it should have had car mats in it,I told them again, they wasn't interested

Hi Les .Thank you for your review as they are very much appreciated in helping us in striving to improve our service to our customers .We are disappointed you have rated us with this score and are surprised to hear of a battery issue you have experienced as this wasn't highlighted in the independent AA vehicle inspection arranged by yourself. Are you sure this has not been caused by something being left on in the car? Please can you let me know as to who it was you spoke to with regards to this and we will gladly investigate further? Our policy with regards to mats is that if the car has come in to us with mats and they are in a very good condition they will stay with the car. If they are too worn or if there weren't any mats when it was supplied to us then they are not included with the car. As we sell used cars at a very competitive price and for the reason about wear and tear stated above, this is an extra that would need to be bought by the customer. Fleetwood Car Centre is a local dealership to us so was the obvious choice to go to buy our car! It was a Citroen we bought from them and considering we have owned it for quite a while now its not had any problems. I'd recommend.

I have had a lot of issues with my Nissan Juke from Fleetwood Car Centre unfortunately. It has been back and forth into the garage and the issues are still there and worse than before. The dealers have tried to get it sorted and supplied me with a courtesy car though but based on my experience I wouldn't be able to recommend this dealership.

I could have asked for a better experience buying a car. The staff were lovely and knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I bought a Citroen C1 last year and I have had no issues with it what so ever. It was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I will carry on singing the praises to my friends and family and whoever will listen about the no pressure attitude of David Wilson and his co- workers at Fleetwood Car Centre. I drove in with a 14 year old car and drove out with a new one. As easy as that! The easiness and calmness of which everything was explained to me over and over again( even though the showroom was busy with potential buyers) was just great. He even connected my phone to the car.What more can I say, except a big thankyou.Looking forward to my next visit. Sooner than 14 years hopefully.
