I bought a Audi A5 from FM Motors GB, after a week car shows gearbox issue ,took the car to the gearbox specialists and quoted £2000 ,so decided to reject a car with refund.I was told money should be with me with 2hrs,after 3 days still no money on my account.After few phone calls FM motors says money was send,after all money still no arrive. Ps.After your respond on my feedback on Auto Trader I can only say that is BIG LIE about my account was under investigation,never was.I was asking my bank when I was waiting for refund. Yo know the truth: "After few days chasing You for refund You decided go to the bank yourself and money was in my account after 10min u left the bank..!!!You ring me when You left bank branch remember?? My bank account never was under investigation!!!

I recently bought a BMW from FM Motors. I dealt with Raj who was not pushy to sell the car and also offered me a respectful deal on my part exchange. I am so far absolutely delighted with my new car. The whole process of buying the car was professionally conducted and within 3 hours I had my new car on my drive, which included an hour of driving home. I bought an Audi A4 estate from FM Motors GB in December which I then found to have a problem with reverse ear. Faisal at FM Motors would not accept that there was an issue and took no accountability for it. I spent over £500 and several months going back and forth with FM motors and a repair garage trying to resolve the problem. In the end I gave up and returned the car to FM motors who re-listed it that day and sold it again for £2000 more than they had given me. The car was in no fit state to drive. AVOID

Recently bought an Audi TT roadster from Faisal at GB motors. Smoothly completed sale no hassle. Finance was easy and quick to complete was out in 30minutes with my new car. I did have a small problem with the car when I got home following day but rang Faisal and he reassures me that they would sort it out no problems. I left it into a local garage a simple Fault GB motors rang the garage paid for the part. Completely satisfied with their extremely excellent service and love my new car would highly recommend.
