Do not make the same mistake I made. I feel uncomfortable leaving this review as I appreciate they're trying to make a living but the financial impact and emotional stress they've caused me and my family has been untold, and I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. I appreciate thing go wrong in every industry but it's how companies deal with things when they go wrong. I should have gone with my gut feeling and not bought a car from them when multiple finance companies told me they won't work with them. Furthermore when they tried to pressure me into taking warranty cover, when I told them I couldn't afford it they said "So god forbid something goes wrong with the car after 30 days how would you afford to fix it"- This should have been a big red flag to me as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not limit issues to 30 days. I assume they knew all along there was an issue and would look to palm me off on the warranty cover. I bought the car in November and within 2 weeks had a fault with the car, took the car in and was told there was nothing wrong with it. They must have the midas touch as they were the only people to travel in that car and not witness the fault. Thankfully the finance company took my complaint seriously and sent their independent vehicle inspection service to view the car. Within 2miles of them driving, the fault showed and the guy described it as almost giving him whip lash. Following this, the finance company told me they were going to support my request to reject the vehicle. However FM3 continued to drag their feet and the finance company repeatedly told me FM3 were unresponsive. Finally the finance company agreed to collect the car and low and behold FM3 became responsive and wanted to see the car and send it to Audi, which further kicked the can down the road and delayed me finding out the outcome. I've had 3 months of hell wondering if I am going to be left with a faulty car that I would need to get fixed myself. Had to drive my pregnant wife and our 4 year old in ice and snow with a faulty car. Do not make the same mistake I made. I have nothing to gain from this review
First upon arriving I was greeting by one of the staff members at FM3 Cars. She was helpful and polite. It wasn’t long when I was greeted by Fred, owner of FM3 Cars. This place was established in the late 1990’s and from my experience here you can tell both Fred and his staff know their stuff. I was told if any issues were to arise to get in touch with them and the problem will be sorted. Upon checking the car, Fred took me to see the car in the garage where new break pads and disks were being fitted, once that was done I was able to test drive the car around the local area. The purchasing of the car was done swiftly and calmly. No issues at all. I will be using FM3 Cars again in the future. 100% recommend them. Very happy new customer. Thank you FM3.

What can I say? FM3 absolutely smashed it! From the moment I picked up the phone, the dealer bent over backwards to help, even meeting me at the showroom after hours. Who does that anymore? A legend, that’s who! When I arrived, I was given a warm welcome and then left alone to poke around the car without anyone breathing down my neck. Bliss! But here’s the kicker—every single question I threw his way was answered immediately, like he’d been revising for a car quiz championship. The guy had everything—specs, history, you name it. After such brilliant service, there was no doubt I wanted the car. But here’s where it gets even better: he pulled out all the stops to get it prepped and ready in record time because I needed it quickly. By the time I picked it up, it looked like it had just rolled out of a car commercial—spotless, shiny, and perfect in every way. I drove off feeling like a million bucks, coffee in hand, because yes, the man makes a cracking cup of coffee too. FM3 doesn’t just sell cars; they deliver happiness on wheels. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great car and a good laugh while they’re at it!

Absolutely 5 star! Nothing was too much trouble. Very honest salesman mentioned parking sensors are fixed needed to be fixed and 2 front tyres. Opened up out of hours to accomodate my visit. Great communication, informing me of car readiness for pick up. Full service and 12 months MOT added. Super clean car. Very professional and polite.
