I dealt with Freddie and Lily at FM3 and they were both great! I was able to communicate with Lily when I wasn't at the dealership via WhatsApp too which was so convenient! I couldn't have wanted anything more from them. The Ibiza I bought is doing really well and I would be confident buying another car from here in the years to come.

It is of my opinion that no one is perfect but these guys are pretty blooming close! The car, the customer experience, everything was UNREAL! I adore my X6 and the guy I dealt with while buying it was incredible. It was just so quick making the purchase too which I am more than happy with! It is quite exciting buying a new car so you want to be on the roads in it as soon as possible.

It would be wrong of me to give FM3 anything less than five stars, the experience I had with them was perfect. Buying the BWM was nice and easy and I was on the road in to no time at all. The staff that dealt with me were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to take my time viewing the car with no pressure.

All was good when buying my car from FM3, the process was straightforward and I got exactly what I wanted. I don't think I have any constructive criticism/point for them to improve upon, everything went as it needed to. I am pleased with the A3, I haven't done all that many miles in it yet with it being the Christmas period but what I have done so far I have enjoyed being in it.

The customer service here is perfect to be honest with you and Lily is amazing. Anything that needed looking into was done without hesitation or hassle. The Mercedes I bought is driving well. Overall I would say this is a very professional family run business.

Typically with second hand cars you can run into a few problems and I did have a few teething issues but I was in safe hands to get these sorted. FM3 couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating and since then (touch wood) the car has been perfect! The customer service was absolutely fantatstic from the point of sale all the way through to aftersales.
