Lily was absolutely incredible to work with when I was buying my car! I was a bit late on the Saturday on the day of collection, so she waited an extra hour behind for me so I was able to grab the car. She was so courteous and kind throughout and really took care of me from beginning to end! I am so glad I went with the car, it has been so much fun to drive, I love it. When I finally arrived at FM3 Cars it was very late in the day but Freddie was so kind and waited for me! I would say this was definitely going the extra mile for me as a customer. Despite my unconventional arrival time Freddie was still very nice to deal with and made sure the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. I love the Audi A1 bought and there have been no problems with it.

The customer service I received at FM3 was excellent, they were incredibly helpful while I bought my Audi A4. All was explained thoroughly and the paperwork was simple. The A4 is just what I was looking for and was a great price.

My A6 did have to come back to FM3 for some work but they were fantastic in getting this sorted promptly and the team were more than helpful throughout! I have no hesitations in giving FM3 five stars for several reasons! The level of customer care I got was outstanding, as soon as I arrived I was greeted by the polite team and shown to the car of my interest. Everything about the car appeared to be as described and the test drive was brill. I have no regrets about my 3 Series.
