We purchased an amazing new car from FM3 and I must say was the most pleasant experience considering how stressful car buying can be! From start to finish I can not fault the team and their help in getting the car ready for us. We went to various car sellers and didn’t experience customer service like this. Even at the start when we are just browsing, the team made us feel so welcome and even got our little girl sweets and us all refreshments as a gesture :) also staying after their shifts to help complete the relevant documents and answer any questions. We would highly recommend FM3 cars and will certainly buy from them again. High quality car with high quality service. Thank you :)
This is our second time to buy a car from this company as last time we received excellent customer service from the staff we backed to them again. They've been very nice and helpful chasing up with the finance company and giving us updates and been available for us all the time. We also got great advice regarding the car which we've purchased to make sure that's the right one for us. Travelled 2.5 hrs to view an Audi A1 and wasnt disappointed - it was immaculate inside and out, it looked like it had just rolled off the forecourt. The staff were honest and friendly without being pushy. It was one of the most easiest car purchases Ive made and would definitley recommmend FM3 Cars to anyone.

Was able to source an M135i from FM3 but am based in Brighton so that also often puts people off in terms of travelling that distance. From the start Lily has been brilliant, i’ve had a few issues/faults with the car and Lily has ALWAYS been on hand to deal with them and get them rectified ASAP.

Bought a car from FM3 Motors in February, Whilst I was collecting the car, Freddy signed my service book for me, a few weeks later my service light appeared so I questioned this and was told that the car doesnt come with a service...if thats the case why was the book falsely signed? I was passed around everybody with regards to this and I wasn't given a straight answer. I asked if the car can be serviced at their cost to which they refused, I also questioned why the book was signed to which they lied tome and told me it wasnt. A few weeks later the whole back headlight casing had blown, they only offered to pay for half of the repair even though this wasnt my error.. 6 months later my whole engine blew due to the car not being serviced. Im now without a car but still paying for this for the next 2 years. Appalling service and very dodgy cars. Never again would I buy from here or even recommend anyone.
