My wife is absolutely obsessed with our new car, she thinks it is absolutely brilliant and I couldn't agree more! It looks great and drives like a dream... what more could you ask for! In regards to the customer service side of things, Lily was absolutely fantastic. She was very efficient, very helpful, very responsive... a great example of a sales agent! She helped make it such an easy sale, and one of the more pleasant experiences that I have had with car dealerships. I couldn't tell you what they could improve in it was faultless! I cannot recommend the FM3 team enough!!

Buying from FM3 cars couldn't have been easier if I tried! Lily was absolutely amazing and made it so straight forwards. I chose the Audi A4 they had in stock and am over the moon with it. It drives beautifully and looks amazing! It is definitely one of the better cars I have had for sure! I would happily return and recommend to others!

Hi all at FM3, I just wanted to pop on an leave a review and let you know how things had been going. My A Class is brilliant, I love the way it looks and how it drives. The interior is beautiful and all the tech it comes with is great. I have familiarised myself with all the controls now so I can take full advantage of the gadgets. The customer service your team provided me was second to none. Everyone whom I came into contact with was polite and informative. I couldn't be happier.

My wife and I are both really happy with our new car, we are sharing the car and we have both found it to be a very comfortable car to drive. FM3 are the best at what they do. This was like no other car buying experience, there was no pushiness and the salespeople were great - in particular Lily! I visited FM3 to view an Audi A3 which I instantly fell in love with, after a test drive to check it drives as well as it looks I knew it had to be mine. The team were incredible helpful and pleasant to deal with. I am over the moon with my new A3 and it continues to drive like a dream 😍
