FM3 Cars North West are great at taking your money but not responsibility.... A family member purchased a car from them and within 5 days it has had nothing but problems even though they say all cars are checked and 100 % before they leave the forecourt, the staff come accross friendly but dont be fooled by this as the customer service afterwards is terrible to the point they put the phone down on the family member who bought the car when he complained about the issues also after taking out the extended warrenty that cost an additional £50 after much debate it finaly goes in for repairs in a garage that fm3 cars recommended (how fortunate for them) and 2 weeks later still waiting for the repair to be done, when questioning whats happening with it the repair center says the part is in 1 place getting reconditioned and fm3 cars says its in a completely different place and puts the phone down again, it has cost my family member 2 weeks in a hire car as he needs transport and they refuse to cover the cost saying he has had the car over 30 days which in actual fact it was 1 week as its been in the garage since (that fm3 recommended) so it has not been in his possession for 30 days, in actual fact they have an obligation under the consumer act to either give a full refund and or cover the cost of the rental car, also note that when paying by debit card they have a charge of £20 which the buyer also has to pay, fm3 cars its not the buyers fault if you get charged that is your problem and the buyer shouldnt have to pay YOUR charges, it also states all cars come with drive away insurance to get you home, guess what? Another hidden charge the buyer has to pay, this is just a small part of his experience with fm3 cars if i was to write it all it would be pages long, AVOID FM3 CARS AT ALL COST....
