I had a wonderful experience with FML at Denford LTD. I spoke with Barry 1st, and he was delightful. Mark was the one that sold the 2016 Citroen C4 Picasso to me. Mark was very honest about the car's history and showed me all around the car. When I asked specific questions he did not skirt around them. He answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few) to my satisfaction. They take such care to clean the inside and outside of the car. The tyre inhalator kit was missing, and Mark quickly volunteered to place one in the car before I purchased it. I received a new MOT because it was due it's first one soon. That was so helpful to have a new MOT put on the car. Mark was knowledgeable and so helpful. He paired my phone before I left the garage. He also went over all of the ins and outs of the car with me. I would recommend buying a car with these guys. They will treat you right, and you will get a great, reliable car!

My wife bought a car from this garage, which she loves. They gave her a very fair part exchange for her old car. Will recommend them , and would buy from them again. *** This is a second review left by the customer who initially had problems with FML at Denford. The dealer has now agreed to resolve the issue and the original one has been removed. ***
