After over 9 years of trouble free ownership of an A6 Quattro purchased from Fontain Motors, I returned recently to purchase my fourth Audi and second from Fontain, an A7 BiTDI. The car is beautifully presented and 2 months into ownership is trouble free. The staff are friendly, very experienced and very helpful. On both occasions I asked for an after-market extra to be fitted to the cars and on both occasions they were happy to arrange the fitting before I collected the cars. The cars they sell must be some of the highest specc’ed Audi’s in the country. No need for hard sell – the cars sell themselves! I would highly recommend anyone looking for an Audi to try the Fontain experience. Keep up the great work guys!

One star is not quite adequate enough to explain how bad Fontain Motors. i wanted to drive down to purchase a car before Im due to fly away on holiday, offered full price 57,000 and they were not willing to stay open for an hour later than normal closing. Lost a sale and lost my respect. Ill buy another rs6.

Just bought my first Audi from Fontain and what a refreshing experience. I was recomended by a friend to speak to Alex and what incredible knowledge this guy has for the Audi product. Fontain seem to stock an excellent range of high performance Audis and i found my dream RS3 there. The preparation standards were first class and Alex went out of his way to explain everything i needed to know without rushing me. There was certainly no hard sell, just exceptional customer service. I'll certainly be back when it's due a service as their aftersales looks equally appealing. Thank you Alex and Fontain Motors

My father bought an Audi Coupe from Fontain Motors in Iver some 20 years ago and was very pleased with the level of service he received. Since then our family has bought a further four cars. We've had the odd teathing problem over the years but they were all dealt with professionally and efficiently. I cannot recomend their sales and service team enough. I've known David in sales and Sunny in service for nearly 15 years now. So refreshing to see longevity of staff with good old fashioned customer service. Thank you to all at Fontain.

I purchased a used Audi A6 Allroad from this company. I reported a defect with the vehicle within hours of the purchase. A replacement part was promised. 2 years on and it seems my only option is to pay. In spite of the car being advertised as having a full service history, there was no mention in the service record of the brake fluid or coolant having ever been replaced. Both are scheduled service items for this vehicle. Within 6 months of purchase, I suffered expensive issues with both the brakes and cooling system. Furthermore, I have since discovered that the car has a cheap aftermarket tuning box fitted. All of these issues have been notified to Fontain. I do not normally leave negative reviews but, having exhausted all realistic channels to resolve this matter, it seems appropriate to warn people what to expect.

Good quality cars and friendly staff. I purchased an Audi S5 in January from Fountain Motors and I have had no issues with it. It was really nice and clean and just as described and so far I have had no issues with it at all. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

I took my car into Fontain Motors for a service. Also to fix a rattle. When I picked it up the rattle was still present but the passenger door no longer opened with the remote control. There was lots of greasy hand marks around that lock as well. I was told this was just coincidence that in the morning it was functioning but by lunchtime it wasn't. I was advised by another dealer that the odds of a door lock failing within a 3 hour time slot was many, many thousands to one. The MD would not accept that and was bordering on the aggressive with me as soon as I mentioned about leaving honest reviews... and was even bringing the phase 'legal action - I advise you to be very careful' into the conversation. They refunded my money but as you can imagine, it cost me a lot more in the long run.

Unfortunately this does misrepresent the facts in this case. The car was brought in for a regular service and a rattle which we couldn't locate. Whilst servicing the car we found that the passenger door lock would not operate and advised the customer. Upon investigation we found the electronic microswitch had failed which is reasonably common on this model and considered wear and tear. We didn't charge for either diagnosis of the lock or the rattle despite spending a few hours on them. The customer was convinced we had somehow broken his lock despite not in any way tampering with it and demanded we replace it free of charge otherwise threatening to post poor reviews.
