I have booked my Mustang Mach3 for a sensor exchange and some minor problems with the software.. The courtesy car was booked in advance. On the day of service, in the morning before work I was informed that the courtesy car couldn't be given because the system would not accept the europaen driving licence. I had veryfied this information with Forey Ford Taunton (The same company, different location) and such problem did not exist there. The service man in Yeovil was "economical with the truth" The sensor was changed but the software problems not adressed. I will never go there again.
Very friendly during sale. Intermittent fault, Ford failed to diagnose. On 2nd occurrence they again failed so told me nothing wrong with car ? Refused to sort issue resulting in me giving back at Trade value only even though under warranty. I was surprised to see it up for sale again the very next day at original price . Feel ripped off,Very poor service, never again!

In response to review from P Hussey, registration of the vehicle i had issues with was FG14YNJ, Battery kept dying and couldn’t get in car !

Having exactly the same problem with Ford Yeovil only had the car a few months and it broke down had to have a whole new steering rack ect luckily under guarantee that time, few weeks later an awful knocking noise and it’s also been drinking oil, car back in to Yeovil Ford again this time they want £695 for new pads and disks and said they can’t look at oil leak until that’s been paid for and fitted, absolute nightmare the cars been in the garage more time than we’ve had it
Reported an intermittent and mild gearbox fault to them. They charged us £132 to tell us there was a fault with the gearbox. Before leaving the car with them the car was useable with the occasional judder. When I collected the car it was jumping in and out of gear violently on the half mile trip home. Now the car won’t even start so we are stuck. When I spoke to the garage about this I was given excuses and basically told it was tough luck, I’d have to deal with it myself. Disgusting behaviour. Never go here, they’re uncaring and only after your money !

I have had two Van's from foray ford . The first van had very poor service throughout the three years of having the van . Was convinced by the sales team that things were better now. But the service communication have been worst than the other van . I had asked for a car or to be dropped into town was told this was in place but upon arrival there was nothing . No one had bothered to contact to say this was the case . Cant wait until the lease is up . There are very good at getting you to sign up for a new vehicle then bump you . If you see the other review I left it was only to get a 10 % of the service . It took six months to get a hill start problem solved which caused a lot of problems for the whole six months. I would not recommend them with my experience.
Just can't believe a thing Yeovil Ford tell you knowing your not going to crawl under the car to check they say yes its sorted. Timeing belt won't need doing for a long time 8 months later it's due to be changed its ford that recomends 5 year's does the warranty cover it no course not.

New to the area and took my Ford into the garage after two warning lights came on while travelling to work. Receptionist was very unhelpful, would not get anyone to come and give me any advice and said she could not book the car in for the work to be done for 3 days. When I asked if the car was safe to drive she told me that she had no idea. Car then refused to start in the car park and receptionist still did not want to help. Yeovil Ford organised for a recovery company to come and collect the car and they were able to tell me what the problem probably was over the phone! Excellent service from D.J Recovery but I will never go to Ford Yeovil again and will be going elsewhere when we change the car later this year.
6 weeks after purchasing my fiesta I found a problem with a clip on the scuttle below the windscreen. Yeovil Ford refused to fix it even though the car was only 8 months old and covered by Ford Direct Warranty after inspection by Ford and the RAC. Another prospective customer lost!

Just picked up my second hand Ford Focus from Yeovil Ford. WHAT A LOVELY CAR, great customer service and had a little bargain with the price. very happy all round. will be sending family and friends your way. I will also be returning for services and to change my car in 2-3 years.
