Terrible service at force vans, rude, ignorant and dam right out of order. we had an agreement on work to be done to the purchased van, work had not been done, when questioned about it, I was accused of calling them a liar which they were! vehicle sump leaked and should have been sorted, they removed a blind and cage which covered the diesel heater. I paid for that as its part of the vehicle. I would never buy from these people again. I work dam hard for my money to be then told if I want good customer service I should go to Sainsburys, words of Nathan!! my experience has been appalling as a customer and I will shout from the hilltops "Beware of these people and their vehicles which are on their last legs!! this is my experience others have had good, happy for them! I would not touch force vans with a barge pole, they make me sick and in my opinion dishonest. Traders like them should be monitored by trading standards very closely.

I echo Roger's review. Plenty of stock to choose if you are looking for a decent van at a good price. We bought a transit Tourneo. Very friendly and helpful... even after the deal was struck and we awaited collection. They even gave it another valeting pre collection without us asking or it needing it as far as we were concerned. I would use them again especially if I was looking for something to convert.
