Go to an independent care sales business. Absolutely awful service. They are thieves and compulsive liars. AVOID!!! 1. The day that I bought my used Nissan, from Trust Ford, they had the incorrect V5. This shows me that they pay no attention to what they are buying. Due to this, they asked me if I could purchase a new V5 from the post office and they would reimburse me, as if they purchased it, it would be really complicated and long winded to claim on expenses. So I obliged, doing them a favour... 2 months later and constant chasing, and I still haven't got my refund. 2. Two days after taking my car home, and the first time I drove my car, the engine light came on. As it was under warranty, they told me to bring it in and they completed a diagnostic test on it and found multiple electrical errors and a broken coolant valve. Showing me that they didn't even check the car they bought. They said they couldn't fix it and told me that I would need to take it to a Nissan specialist and that they would pay for repairs. So I did (so far costing me 2 days off of work and petrol money) 3. Ford assured me that the car was still safe to drive in the interim. 3. Nissan found the issues and said they could repair it in a couple days but they would have to keep hold of the car as it is NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, on the contrary to was Trust Ford assured me of. As the incorrect battery was installed, causing multiple electrical errors, including a failing parking break, and a faulty coolant valve that could cause the care to over heat creating further damage and maybe worse... 4. Nissan informed me that Trust Ford would need to pay before they ordered the parts. I phoned Ford and they informed me it would need to be approved by "Ford Protect". I asked how long it takes for approval and they said "anything from 20 minutes to 2 hours". A day later, still no approval, 2 days later, still no approval... This went on for about 2 weeks... 5. Ford finally got the approval but Ford informed me that I couldn't collect the car until Ford had paid. I waited a further week, and still, Ford had not paid. I then phoned Nissan and they informed me that I could collect the car and don't have to wait for Ford to pay. 6. As I didn't have it for 3 weeks, and the 1 week I did have it, it was unsafe to drive; I asked for some form of compensation. No money, but just an extended warranty. No replies until I escalated to the complaints department/customer care team... The complaints department simply forwarded the complaint on to Dagenham Motors Trust Ford manager. No reply. I sent a follow up email to the complaints department, again, they forwarded the complaint to the GM. No reply. Then I sent a 3rd email to the complaints department and finally received and email from the assistant manager who basically said, you have your car back now, and thats it. All I asked for, as compensation was an extended warranty, as if the trust in the cars they buy and sell, it shouldn't cost them anything. But they declind and offered no level of compensation at all. Conclusion; Trust Ford bought a car without the correct V5, did they even own the car and have the right to sell it? Ford, clearly didn't complete any health and safety checks when purchasing the car and sold it to an unsuspecting customer. Ford stole the money I loaned them for the V5 replacement. Ford constantly ignored all of my calls and emails and when they did speak with me, they lied. I believe they purposely delayed the repair of my car to surpass the 30 day return policy, as I said I would like to return the car. Aftersales don't care Customer service don't care Sales team don't care Service team don't care Managers and GM don't care Once they have your money, that's it.

I recently had a profoundly negative experience with TrustFord in Dagenham, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I took my vehicle in for a service at the end of December, specifically highlighting two crucial issues: a battery problem and a concerning noise emanating from the suspension. From the outset, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. I received a text message to collect my car earlier than expected, and crucially, I was not provided with the standard vehicle health check video. Upon arrival, I was met with complete amnesia regarding the issues I had clearly communicated both on the phone and in person. To my dismay, the suspension noise persisted upon leaving, and a few days later, my car required a jump start, confirming the battery issue was unresolved. The subsequent customer service was abysmal. My feedback call was met with empty promises of a follow-up, which never materialized. Emails were ignored, and repeated phone calls resulted in further broken promises of callbacks. Eventually, I had to physically visit the dealership to speak with a service advisor, who also failed to follow through on his commitment to investigate. After a formal complaint and weeks of chasing, I was finally told to bring my car back for a two-day inspection. Even this process was riddled with errors and delays. The car wasn't inspected as promised, I was asked to collect it and return it, and then the return was delayed again due to un-ordered parts. This wasted me time and money. Ultimately, they did identify the issues I had initially reported, along with other problems that should have been addressed during the initial service. However, the sheer incompetence and lack of communication made the entire process incredibly stressful and frustrating. I left TrustFord Dagenham feeling completely undervalued as a customer. The repeated failures to address my concerns, the lack of communication, and the overall disorganization have eroded any trust I had in this dealership. I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to proceed with extreme caution.
I wish I could give negative stars. This Dagenham store is an absolute disaster. For the past 12 months, I've been back repeatedly for the same issue they can't seem to fix, and each time they have the nerve to charge me for diagnosing the exact same fault. Communication with them is nearly impossible—they're impossible to reach. And to top it off, when it's time to pay for their incompetence yet again, they refuse to accept cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. They insist on a physical card, making the whole experience even more frustrating. This place is beyond a joke.
Extremely bad service. I booked a service. I was told the car would be ready by 12pm. It was 1pm and the car was not ready. When I called to ask for an update no one answered the phone. No one called to inform me about the status or when to take the car. In the end, when I took it, I found a scratch on the car. Avoid this service.

I came into the Ripple Road Ford Branch for a recall on my Focus ST. I usually avoid having any work completed here, as previously my mustang was damaged whilst in their possession during a service appointment. However, in this case, I had no other option. I waited whilst the work was completed, and once I had access to my car, I was so angry and disappointed (yet again) with the quality of their work and customer service. My car had been cleaned the day before my apt. They didn't use any car seat covers or floor mat covers, which meant I now had muddy footprints all over my floor. They scratched an interior panel when removing the part above to fix the recall issue. They never highlighted this to me when handing the car back, so I can only assume they were hoping I wouldn't notice! In general, the workmanship is shoddy, the care for vehicles is awful, and the customer service is shocking. The repairs and work are completed by kids with no regard for others' possessions. Unfortunately, I'll have to return for this damage to be repaired although I am yet to hear from them, even after being told someone would be in touch to book me back in asap! Basically, I would advise that you steer well clear of the place if you have the option!
I booked a used car from Trust ford, Dagenham on the 21st of January for an estimated collection date of the 24th of January. I booked leave and arranged transport to pick the car up. I was disappointed to know that the car wouldn’t be ready when I contacted the team on the evening of the day before collection. I decided to cancel due to a lack of communication from the team. Since cancelling the order I have emailed the and called them multiple times. I am still waiting for them to return the deposit. They even tried to contact the manager of the used car showroom in Dagenham. He refuses to attend or return calls or respond to the email. He asks the receptionist to tell me that the return is in the process but it has been a week. In a way, I am glad I didn't buy a car from there as I can only imagine how horrible the service would have been if anything was wrong with the car. This is my personal experience. It has been horrible.
Van purchase, paid £20000 , Van is not in good condition, van is not service , but they mentioned it been serviced . Brake pad need to replace , wiper not good condition, air filter needs to change . Very poor service , Cannot trust trust Ford even you pay good value £20000 for van . Quality is very poor . Really needs to improve .

On Tuesday my partner rang Ford Dagenham in regards to a car he saw online, was told that it had been sent to Edgeware and that we had to purchase through Dagenham and the car to be brought back due to Edgeware not being able to MOT or Service the care due to it not having a garage. Was told that the car could be delivered to us by Friday. During the week a £200 deposit was paid for the car. The next day we was then asked for a further £5000 for the car as another deposit which we refused to pay as we had already paid the £200. I was told on Thursday afternoon that the car should be in Dagenham by Friday so an option was for me to collect or wait for delivery to my home address for the following week. Friday came and I was told that the car was not going to be delivered to Dagenham until the following week so I would not be able to get it until the very end of the following week. So I decided to ring Edgeware. I was told that I could buy from them and they went out of there way to send me a video of the car and came back to me within half an hour to say that it could be delivered first thing Monday morning. (I was told by Selven at Dagenham that I could not buy from Edgeware. I would have gone directly to Edgeware at the start of the week and would have already had the car) so I then rang Selven at Dagenham to ask for my refund back as I was going to purchase with Edgeware and that I no longer wanted to deal with Dagenham. Selven then told me that I couldn’t buy from Edgeware as the car was still showing on there forecourt so I then told him I had spoken to Edgeware and the car was not even on there system as being sent back to Dagenham. I told him that he lied to me as on Tuesday he stated that I couldn’t buy from Edgeware but I had spoke to Them and I could. He then was flapping and saying he couldn’t refund me the money I then told him again that he was a liar and that I did not want to do buisness with there branch! He told me that he didn’t want to loose the sale And so I told him again I no longer wanted to deal with Dagenham and that I wanted a refund. He then told me abruptly He would refund me and then and hung the phone up. When your investing a lot of money in a car you expect a service of trust and common curtesy. All because he didn’t want to loose a sale and commission he lied from the off. Dagenham Ford is not a good place to buy from, you constantly get fobbed off and told different things daily.
Three months ago I bought a car from Ford Dagenham, during this time I’ve had nothing but problems from the car including bald tyres a timing belt which needed changing back in 2019, and a broken suspension. My car has been back to their garage at least 10 times with me complaining every time they said no there’s nothing wrong. Now my warranty has finished they are finding all the problems I was trying to tell them about. They now want me to cover the costs of problems caused by the last owner. They have been ignoring my calls and emails. They knew the car was unfit for the roads and still decided to sell it on. I feel so neglected and heartbroken that I couldn’t trust a car from a dealership. They have dismissed me completely and unless I pay they are not interested. Please DO NOT trust Ford with your money they will exploit you
