I went too ford in Barking and I wasn’t happy with the first salesman he was quite pushy and put me off. I phoned a week later and I was put through to Lucas Sayer straight away he put me at ease. I arranged to go on a Saturday afternoon I was so nervous as I had my old Ford Fiesta for 18 years. Lucas helped me so much when I decided to look at the ford KA plus he helped me with the best deal he could do for me even down to deciding on the colour which I’m so happy with. Every step of the deal he was keeping me informed where my car was and how long it would take. I was so nervous but he never pushed too many extras onto my car which I really couldn’t afford. I did take a couple of extra bits for my car. Lucas is a brilliant salesman and I will recommend him to any friend who wanted a new ford. I know if I need any help he is at the end of the phone for me. Thanks again to Trust Ford in Dagenham for the excellent service.

After my car was stolen in April it's taken my insurance company a while to process the request so I needed a car ASAP - Bradley from TrustFord Dagenham took such good care of us and we managed to get a lovely car in no time! He was very knowledgeable and got me the car for the best price. Hopefully I won't need a car for a long time because I'm so in love with this one!! But I can't wait to go back to see Bradley at Trust Ford in Dagenham already.

DON'T TrustFord Dagenham! Bought a van from here a little over a week ago, it initially turned up with a brake light out and not valeted inside AT ALL it was filthy, even the driver signed the paperwork to confirm this. Then after getting a local garage to check it over for me I was made aware of the fact that 2 wheel nuts were missing and the front tyre's were extremely low on the insides due to tracking being out. Kevin Howard was great at selling the car but not at after sales, I had to go through all this for him to then take the van back so that they could "check it over" they then put it through an MOT to ensure it was fit for use. Still no mention of the tyres as an advisory for which I had already been warned about needing replacing by another garage as just a few hundred miles up the road thread would then be visible on the insides and they would need replacing, this should have been noted as an advisory on the report. Then after it was returned to me it still had not been cleaned inside to a satisfactory standard with what looks like white specs over the inside of the upholstery and dirty seats and dash. Utter Shambles. Now all things aside the main issues are the fact it was delivered with a brake light out and 2 wheel nuts missing, this would deem the car un road worthy and void any insurances, it is a legal requirement for a Dealer to provide a road worthy car which is why I thought I would pay the extra and go to a dealer, now after all this and they cant even be bothered to put 2 new tyres on the front or reimburse me in any way I am completely dissatisfied with my purchase and will not be buying from "Trust" Ford again!

Alex in response to DON'T "Trust"Ford Dagenham!
I have a big problem as well with this Ford Dagenham car dealer. I purchased faulty car and they just lying that they changed parts but they don't. I have same issue until now. I spent 5 days in the service department they didn't do anything. Agree dont buy with this car dealer
Update to my review....Gary at TrustFord Dagenham called me and sorted out me getting the Ford Fiesta at a price I was happy to go with. We finalised it on the phone on Friday 28 Dec, I came in Saturday 29th Dec and signed the paperwork and we planned for me to pick it up on Monday 31 Dec. I intended to come at 3pm, but was then later that day informed they closed at 2pm! Which I wish I knew earlier as I drove and paid to park close to my work to make it easier to get there. I then decided to pay for the car with cash as the finance agreement interest was very expensive and it would benefit me better to pay in cash. So I got the money transferred on 31st Dec after the dealership closed for New Year’s Eve. I was Informed that Ali Ullah would be sorting out the exchange of my old vehicle and the new vehicle the day the money was confirmed in their account. Yesterday (2nd Jan) I called up and Siobhan confirmed the money was in the account and I could come collect the car today. So I cancelled my full day at work so I could come. I then got a call around 12pm informing me Ali Ullah has let the car go away on a transporter to be sold to another dealership?!?! Obviously I was fuming as I have now paid for the vehicle. Siobhan then informed me that the driver has gone to the Edgware dealership and the transporter has turned around and by 4pm the vehicle will be back at Dagenham. I said that was fine and I will come at 3pm and do my paperwork and then take my car at 4pm. I arrived at 3pm and was dealt with by Ali and I noticed on the 7 day drive away insurance there was no specified accidental damage excess so I asked him what it was. He vanished for over 30 mins, came back, Googled a phone number, made a phone call and found out. I don’t understand why he had to vanish for 30 mins to do that? I then taxed my new car myself and did the logbook. I saw at 4pm a transporter came outside the window so I assumed it was my vehicle being dropped off. 4.30pm now and I asked Ali where my car was. He said it was being valeted and due to the issues today he got some brand new car mats for me. I asked where it was being valeted and he said at a valet place 2 mins around the corner as the queue to have it valeted on site was so long there were 2 cars ahead of me and it would only be 10 mins. 5pm comes, I asked what is going on. Ali left me waiting for nearly an hour with only a 30 second chat in that time. I then told him I want to go home now and where is my car? Siobhan and Ali come over and tell me my car was dropped off at Edgware and they’re sorting me a courtesy car?! I said I don’t want a courtesy car I want MY car I paid for! Now I have signed my old car over to you I had no car! My old car was no longer taxed or insured and I had signed the logbook over! I was furious! Ali said he was going to drive me to Edgware to get the car. 5 mins later Siobhan comes over and tells me the driver has turned round and he is coming here to drop my car off and he was 15-20 mins away. 6pm the car is still not here. I told Siobhan I have had enough I’ve been here for hours and hours no one updating me unless I chase them. I asked Ali why he lied about the car being valeted and having new mats sorted and he admitted he lied, great trust in your company there. Around 6.30pm the car finally arrives - on the very back of the transporter! How on earth could Ali drive me to get it from Edgware if it was never delivered there? Also why was Siobhan telling me it was delivered there when it wasn’t? I spoke to the Transporter delivery guy on my own and he said simply, he drove to here, picked it up early in the morning and he never got called until 5pm to turn around and drop my car to me and that Siobhan and Ali weren’t telling the truth in anything they told me!!!! Eventually an hour later I finally got my car and drove home. Ali also forgot to take the metal wires off my keys, so that was fun using pliers when I got home. I got home finally at 8.30pm. It took me FIVE hours of sitting at Trustford Dagenham dealership to collect my car. FIVE HOURS. Also at some point a group of customers saw everything that happened and came over to me and said what happened was disgusting? I saw Ali Khan also promised a lady a ford Kuga and got her to come in and the car wasn’t on site.... Siobhan informed me if I email tomorrow some compensation for the stress and time should be given to me. I genuinely think I’ve been discriminated due to everything that’s happened and I think clearly someone wasn’t happy I didn’t take the finance out and that’s why this happened. The level of professionalism, honesty, efficiency of this dealership is shameful. Even Siobhan admitted it was embarrassing and disgusting (I’m quoting her). Oh and my car didn’t even get the mats that Ali Ullah promised me....funny that. I have to note there is no chance of me ever referring your dealership to anyone ever. I would rather pay more for a car to NOT go here every again!!!!!
DON'T GO HERE EVER!!! DON'T GO HERE EVER!!!! ESPECIALLY NOT TO THE TRUST FORD DAGENHAM ONE!!! I tried to buy a car here and had a nightmare. I had Ali Khan lie to me 4 times. Then I had Mohammed call me a liar to my face and try and rip me off by £2800. Then I had the manager (don't remember his name but he had a shaved head with a top bun/ponytail at the top) say to me (and I quote) 'SIT DOWN AND BE QUIET IF YOU WANT TO DO A DEAL ON THIS CAR!'. I can't believe it! Just don't go to TrustFord Dagenham. Ever!

I am extremely happy that I have just purchased a new (used) car from Trust Ford in Dagenham again. Salesman Ali Ullah is such a great man.Approachable,a good listener to my needs of what I wanted, had integrety and was so easy to talk to. Ali's flair and experience was very apparent from the get go. Ali 'knows his stuff' and is well recommended. Other staff members called Siobhan and 'Stan' were also professional and personable. A great team. Thanks again Fords. x
DO NOT TRUST FORD I ordered a new custom on scrappage. After sales was rude to me and ignored 11 emails.. I complained to manager, Who clubed together, cancelled my order. Refused me the scrappage deal and 7 months later I have no van and they have my deposit. 29 messages left for them to call me.. totally ignored..
When u will go there for buying a car then they speak like honey.there sales man will tell u give us £500 pound for book car if u change ur mind then ur £500 is safe. But when u will go there next day for cancellations ur car then they will speak with u very rude and greedy and they will not give u back ur own money.i will never recommend trust ford in dagenham.
As I wished I knew before, now I have to share my horrid experience with this "FORD authorized" place, hopefully to save lots of troubles to other people. Twice I had "The pleasure" having to deal with Trust Ford Dagenham and I wish I never! Not that I wanted to, both occasions I had no choice as it was for insurance claim and replacement under the guarantee case. First time my insurance sent me there to get estimate after being hit bu other driver. All looked ok, they inspected the car, made all notes, took pictures but ....... refused to give us any report as they apparently deal directly with insurance. Retrospectively, this should be the alarm for me back then. Because having traveled soon after this visit, I didn't leave the car there for repairs nor did I make any appointments as I wasn't sure of my schedule after the trip. What a nasty surprise I had finding out that Ford Dagenham never bothered to send the quote back to my insurance as I didn't leave the car or booked it in immediately for repairs. Ended up paying the repairs from my own pocket (nothing minor - bodywork on door, rear wing and bumper) and it took my over 2 months to get the money back thanks to Ford totally screwed up with my estimate. Second time we had replacement of the DPF valve under guarantee. Ford Dagenham "was thinking" if they will approve the replacement under guarantee" for almost 1 week without touching the car. Well, they had time to go around and give us a quote for over £ 5k for other things before finally did what they been obliged to do. . Now, as we didn't leave the car with them to do all those jobs which they quoted (honestly, after shopping around, realized what a daylight robbery that quote was!!!), we ended up with replaced DPF valve, which was most likely intentionally poorly connected so other parts and what a surprise, issues appeared almost immediately and also within 1 day from picking car from them, transmission error code "suddenly" appeared and caused huge issue. As being due to travel across the Europe in 1 week time, Trust Ford Dagenham's "tender loving care" costed me further £1500, not talking about immense stress. So to everyone, if you are not millionaire (well, then you might not be driving the Ford and it doesn't apply to you) or didn't win the lottery, AVOID FORD IN DAGENHAM BY MILES!!!

I have had a very pleasant experience dealing with Trust Ford Dagenham. I purchased a focus form them in February after spotting it on their website and I am so happy with it. It was in great condition and a very good price. The staff were very helpful and I would buy from here again.
