I really wish we had read these reviews before parting with our cash. We enquired about the car which according to the advert had only just come into stock and was awaiting prep. After paying our deposit, we looked into the MOT History of the car and it was clear that it had been off the road for quite a while, they gave us the story that they buy cars, and don't put them up for sale straight away. We arranged to collect the car on a Saturday afternoon, travelling over 300 miles to pick it up. We were kept waiting when we arrived at the premises, our Salesman wasn't around despite us having made an appointment and the other guys gave the impression that they really weren't interested despite the fact that the place was empty, we were left hanging around for ages. Eventually the car arrived, and at first glance looked in ok condition. We were disappointed to find that there was only 1 Key, and no evidence of the 'service' which all their cars go through prior to purchase. We paid and left, staying overnight in the local area. Good job we did. The next morning, we decided to try the windscreen wipers as the car had failed it's MOT on the wiper motor and had a new one fitted. The windscreen wiper flew off and landed in the middle of the dual carriageway. So back to the garage we went. Our Salesman wasn't on site, and once again the other guys were totally disinterested. To be fair to Boyd, he did call the mechanic who came out and tightened the bolt which had obviously been left totally loose when they had done the repair for the MOT. This also means that the '53 point check list' is basically a ticking excercise. Fast forward to the next day when we arrived home and had a good look around the car, loads of problems became clear. One of the doors wouldn't open, one of the windows doesn't work properly, no jack or wheel removing tools, the spare tyre doesn't inflate, the bodywork is in awful condition (disguised when they had valeted it), They agreed to post out a jack and wheel brace, and a new actuator for the door. The interior has an awful smell, and evidence of being wet. The condition of the interior is very poor, with damage to trim and the seating, this car has been really poorly treated by it's previous owners. 2 weeks later the car went into limp mode, still under warranty but extremely difficult to get the car back to them to be repaired at less than 20mph for 300 miles, they eventually agreed to pay for the part but we had to stand the diagnostic & labour cost of over £150.00. Now we have an awful noise coming from one of the rear wheels. The garage we have taken it to have said that the brake discs and pads are absolutely shot. More expense. This has to be one of the worst experiences we have had, and unfortunately we just don't trust the car, there are too many things that don't seem right with it. Proceed with care if buying from here people, we really wish we had been more wary and done more research instead of just relying on the extremely brief reviews on car gurus.

I am so grateful to these customers for posting their experiences. I was planning on travelling four plus hours to see two cars at this dealership, if it can be called that. I have been convinced this is a scrap yard.
Wish I had checked reviews beforehand. It’s not the service , more the faults on car within 2 months . But typical car salesman , be all nice til it’s sold then don’t want to hear from you

Don't bother I wasted 2 weeks of my life first car had a broken gearbox this was discovered after they had bought it from wherever they buy them and the second car my finance company wouldn't touch as the price they were asking was way above market value so I walked away from the whole thing, just wish I'd read the reviews here before having any dealing with this lot lucky escape I think
Where to actual start. Picked up a car with stained seats to descover the next day after the car sitting in the sun the most rank smell. Then you have the full year's MOT with the car squeaky clean no advisories the car didn't even have decent window wipers.moving onto day 4 of having the car travelling along the motorway and the car loses power .formular one established its the water pump and timming belt something my partner checked before we bought the car and where showed paperwork saying it was replaced in 2019 on looking into water pumps last a lot longer than 2 years so assume the one installed in 2019 was made of chocolate either that or it was some made up paper work but who am I to say . I am still within my first 30 days and when I get the car back from them ( been there almost 2 weeks now) I will be taking it for a independent inspection and hopefully will be able to give the car back and get out of this absolute nightmare of a deal.

hi me and my son popped in as was looking for a fiesta st . chap appeared showed us in very pleasant ,we looked around so many cars all with flat tyres ,the st fiestas were the same had been left lying there , so much money just lying rotting i would have bought one if the condition of the showroom was inviting and well looked after but on leaving i saw a lovely new shape mx5 and it was totally mouldy inside , such a shame as this could be a great business if all the cars were valeted and presented well.
I bought a range rover with £ 26,000 cash,it had a broken radiator ,pipeline, worn discs and brake pads fake sevice book, and many other defects, don't waste your money on this shitty company.

Went to purchase a car her from John the salesman. Finance company wouldn't deal with them so I stupidly allowed them to source finance which they couldn't, so 3 weeks later still no refund on my deposit and the management team are rude and unhelpful. 6 50 outstanding with nothing but cheek and insults. I've been more than accommodating and I couldn't possibly recommend this garage to anyone. Stay well clear

110 mile round trip to me met with a scrap yard basically. One member of staff let us in and pointed in the direction of where the cars were then never saw any staff after that. More than half the cars on the forecourt had flat weathered tyres. All the cars were dirty. Looked in one car (£14000) and wondered what the smell was, mould all over the seat belt, floor and seat. None of the 7 cars I was interested in were what they looked like on the website. Scratched all over, alloys in terrible conditions! Some even painted. These cars were all over £10000. I wouldn’t of even paid half of that for the conditions they were in. I would have pointed all this out if there were any staff.
Bought this car last year to then have problems 3 days after purchase. Fault after fault whole list of them. Should have just handed the car back at the time as a year later the timing chain they fitted was loose and dangerous. Left with finance on a car that isn’t running.

Having just purchased a car from here by the very friendly John couldn’t recommend them more, thoroughly happy with our purchase and they added Benefit of a free warranty incase for what ever reason something goes wrong in the next month. Very informative about the car and made sure we knew everything about it. Thanks

I would like to give credit where credit is due, bought a Mercedes from these Guy's after driving it a week I thought I was missing something when the Car wouldn't accerlate no kick down. Went back to these guy's who gave me a courtsey car and said not to worry they will ensure they fix the car before giving me the car back. Sure as there word the car was fixed but they also found the break discs and Pads werent right and replaced NEW, even the workshop Manger Graham was reluctant to give me the car back until it was test driven up to 200 miles had only done 100 +, when I went to get the car back. Sure if I got this service from any garge I will return with confidence when I'm ready for a change I wouldnt hesitate to buy from Formula 1 Camelon Falkirk. Thanks to the team my faith in buying a secondhand car from a non dealership, is in tact. The car is going great enjoying every mile.
