Bought a Range Rover Evoque last week from Formula Prestige Motors - really happy with the vehicle and the service. As a lady on my own car buying can be quite difficult but the guys made me feel at ease and helped me through everything. Well where to start with this place? I bought a M2 from them a few weeks ago. Communication was horrendous, they didn't answer any phone calls or texts and was very rude when they did! I should have walked at this point but i loved the car so forced a sale through after it felt like they didn't want to sell the car. When i arrived at the industrial estate the unit it had no signs and felt extremely unprofessional. There was cars all over the place and equipment just left around, a real mess! The car wasn't prepared correctly, it was a little dirty and had some marks all inside. No attention give to it what so ever. There was a mark on the door that they agreed to do while i was there. Paid the deposit and was told there you go, theres the keys! I had to ask them to tax it as they said "we just let customers decide what they want to do" A CAR MUST BE TAXED TO DRIVE AWAY!! Jumped in the car, 7 miles remaining. They laughed and said you'll get to the fuel station don't worry! Not what you expect when buying a £45k+ vehicle. Now i've been trying to get hold of them all week to sort the logbook as the DVLA have had no notification that a new owner has been issued - Called 8 times this week and left voicemails to no response again. My partner has bought a car since and all the logbook and dvla email was received within days! All i can say is STAY AWAY - SHAMBLES!
Done the deal over the phone from 300 mile away in Newcastle, was offered an excellent price for my BMW, Joe said he would have my new Jaguar ready for the next day, he was spot on. Adam and Joe are 2 top men to deal with and I would recommend Formula Prestige Motors to anyone. Thanks lads.

I purchased a BMW 330d Touring from Formula Prestige Motors. The car was exactly as described and could not fault it - it actually looked better in person than in the photos! Joe was very helpful on the phone and had the car delivered to us in Surrey the next day with no problems. Definitely recommend these guys! Top Job!
Service was fine - only issue was not being able to even test drive a car if I hadn’t agreed to go through with the sale. The guys were actually helpful and nice... however! Realised a few months down the line that I hadn’t received a log book and wasn’t given the new keeper slip either as promised. I realised this because I was pulled over by the police in a very embarrassing incident where they thought I was driving a stolen car because it was still registered to the dealer. On top of this I had no tax because the reminder hadn’t come to me obviously. When I tried relentlessly to contact them by phone with no answer, I emailed them. Got one response saying phones weren’t working properly (for days and weeks?) and asked how they could help. I responded to state what had happened and asked what they intended to do because I was not being forced to pay for a new log book etc.... NOTHING. Have emailed them four times since and they just ignore. Will be turning up there soon if I don’t get any answer. Seems they do this frequently based off of other reviews!
