The guys at Ford Used Car Centre are absolutely lovely. I’ve gone from a 2-litre Kuga to a 1-litre Fiesta, so it’s taken a bit of getting used to, but once it gets going it’s just as nippy! I’ve currently got an engine management light on, so I popped back to let them know and they greeted me like I’d known them my entire life. No questions asked they booked me straight back in. We bought a Vauxhall Crossland from Fort last month, and it’s a great all-round family car—though I do wish it had a bit more bhp haha! My wife drives it mostly, and she’s happy with everything… and as they say, happy wife, happy life! Nick assisted us at the dealership and we felt compelled to buy from him because we really liked his approach. He never pressured us and gave us all the info we needed to make an informed decision. It genuinely felt like he had our best interests at heart which made a big difference. The only minor downside was a delay in collecting the vehicle, so we’ve given a solid four-star rating.

We felt the level of service was very high, staff were helpful and not at all pushy. We will use this company again.

What can I say! Fort Used Car Center in my opinion is a class above the rest. Bought a second hand BMW 4 series sports coupe. The car was beautifully presented with a full MOT and 3 months warranty. They even took my old car in part exchange. Within days the log book arrived for the new car, as well as notification that I was no longer the owner of the old one. Even better still Fort Used Car Center made sure I was road legal before driving off. First Class Service.

Mum's over the moon with her new Mini Countryman! We originally visited Fort to look at a different car, but it wasn’t quite the right fit. That’s when Alex mentioned the Mini, which had just arrived. Even though it hadn’t been prepped yet, Mum fell in love with it instantly. Alex wasn’t your typical salesperson—he wasn’t pushy at all and genuinely focused on finding the perfect car for Mum. A definite 5 stars from us.

Our daughter passed her driving test the day before we bought her Fiat 500 - It was a complete surprise and the guys at Fort Used Car Center really went to a lot of trouble of wrapping up the car for her ready for the big reveal.
