My last car was a Qashqai and I quite liked being higher up, so I started looking for another bigger car. I really liked the Mokka X's, and found a lovely one at Fort Used Car Centre in Birmingham, The car had literally just came into stock, but I loved it so decided to go ahead there and then. They had to get some bits and bobs sorted before collection including an MOT etc. It took a bit longer than expected in the end, but when I went to collect it the car was absolutely sparkling! Everything was fixed, the car passed its MOT & they taxed it for me too! My son needs a new car so they'll definitely be seeing us again soon.

We bought my daughter a Fiat 500 from Fort Used Car Centre and she absolutely loves it. She's actually learning to drive in it at the minute which was the idea. Jason and the team at the dealership were all really good - dead friendly and super helpful. They did a great job for me and I'd return and recommend without hesitation.

I'd award these guys 12/10 if I could! We saw the Mini online and it was a great spec at a great price, and I feel like we definitely got a really good deal. We were helped by Alex on the day and he was absolutely fantastic! The whole purchase was smooth, no stress and just all round great. We'll definitely return whenever we fancy a change.

I've got a big trip planned in my new little Clio this Sunday and I'm really looking forward to it! Everyone at Fort are really friendly and know exactly what they're talking about. Being a woman, buying a car can feel a bit intimidating so I'd like to thank Alex and Nick for making me feel at ease pretty much immediately. They were so outstanding, I've already been back to buy one car for my daughter and another for a friend! I should be on commission hehe!

Where do I start i was looking for a Renault Clio looked everywhere and came across some terrible cars then found Fort Car Centre and found the car i was looking for i called the office and from the start to finish I was really impressed with the service i got the sales team done everything to work with me Alex and Jason top team i started dealing with Alex and then Jason because Alex went off sick who went out of his way to help me always on the phone to me keeping me updated with the progress on the car i won't hesitate to recommend Fort Car Centre to family and friends especially Jason and Alex 100% customer care and support well done Jason and Alex and a BIG Thank you for all your help really appreciate it will definitely buy the next car from Them

We had a good chat with the guys at Fort Used Car Centre when we bought our Corsa just before Christmas - They're a great bunch. I can't fault the car or the service we received so it's top marks from me. Just need to remember to send the size for my spare wheel when I get a minute!
