We'd been meaning to upgrade my car for a while, but I guess falling pregnant sped things up a little.! Friends of ours had recently used Forward Group so we decided to take them up on their recommendation - The guys were absolutely amazing. There must be something special about the guys at Forward Group, as I've been looking for a new car for practically all of 2024. I manage a sales team myself, and despite looking at a number of cars at other dealerships, their pushy sales tactics always put me off. Forward Group was a breath of fresh air - The team were super friendly, welcoming and applied zero pressure. I walked away without buying anything the first time, but was so impressed with the way they handled everything, I returned to their smart new unit a couple of weeks later to make my decision. I've ended up with a Cupra Formentor which is definitely an upgrade from my previous Seat Ateca (it was definitely a family car & I didn't want to give the missus the wrong idea just yet haha). After looking around the market for a while for the perfect Mercedes Cla Prem to come along, I was honestly ecstatic when I came across the ideal one located at the Forward Group in Wilmslow. Not only as they are very local to me, but also the car was well within my budget, and the spec for the price really was just too good of an opportunity for me to turn down. The car itself on viewing really was spectacular, and the customer service from both Jamie and Alex was truly fantastic. I really can't fault them; they were just really genuine and couldn't do enough to help. Overall, I'd give them full marks. highly recommend.
