Forward Group was a breath of fresh air - The team were super friendly, welcoming and applied zero pressure. I walked away without buying anything the first time, but was so impressed with the way they handled everything, I returned to their smart new unit a couple of weeks later to make my decision. I've ended up with a Cupra Formentor which is definitely an upgrade from my previous Seat Ateca (it was definitely a family car & I didn't want to give the missus the wrong idea just yet haha).
