Having brought many cars over the years i have dealt with a lot of good and bad dealers.I must say Graham at Fosse Cars is one of the most genuine and honest car dealers i have ever met.He did exactly what was promised and things up and beyond what you would normally expect.Thanks Graham i will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family!!!

Purchased an Insignia Estate from these- was promised the rear parking sensors would be fixed before purchase. Trusted the guy and bought the car, realised two days later that they haven’t been fixed. Owned the car exactly a week today and just spent £357 on mechanical work it needed- this does not include the trip to the tyre specialist for two buckled wheels and two new tyres or the ongoing parking sensor issue.

After reading your review, I am sorry you had problems with the vehicle but I feel that I have too respond to your remarks. First of all with reference to the parking sensor problem, new parking sensors were fitted. After the AA inspection which you required and I was more than willing for you to have one, the issues that were raised by the AA were discussed. My understanding was that you were happy with the reduction in the cost of the vehicle for you to undertake the repair yourself, as you wanted to take the vehicle as soon as possible. I do feel it would have been courteous to discuss any problems you had, which I am sure given the chance would have been rectified. Instead, to date, you have still made no contact with me, only seeing fit to post this bad review.

Having bought many vehicles from Fosse Cars over the years, I find the above review staggering. Graham has to be one of the most helpful and honest motor dealers I have ever met, and never hesitated to rectify any warranty problems. I have also recommended many friends to buy from him, and will continue to do so.
