A Wondrrful Customer Service Above & Beyond Expectations .... and I was only buying a trade-in! Honest, frank communications about a small mechanical problem they could've hidden, which was repaired and sorted by their garage, A bonus spare key & documents posted on when found at a later date..... I bought a Skoda Fabia from this garage. It came with 12 months MOT and 3 months warranty. I had a slight issue a month after I bought it (faulty battery) and they replaced this with no arguments. Highly recommended

Around 3 weeks ago, I purchased a car from 4 crosses garage, unfortunately this car didn't work out for me. There were a few issues I wasn't happy with, and when contacted, Lawrence was very fair, and without hesitation, or my asking, offered for me to return the car, and a full refund was given. More than pleased with the way it was handled.

Due to Covid restrictions at the time I could not visit any garages, and needed to replace my car. I found a car I was interested in at Four Crosses Garage, and fortunately they delivered to my address, a distance of 80 Miles. Prior to hand over the vehicle was sanitized, I was asked to contact them the following day to confirm it was the car for me. On my vehicle I had a 3 Month gttee. Had a couple of issues which surfaced during this period, but with the help of my local garage, and Lawrence from Four Crosses, we managed to sort them out. Ended up with a nice car, so thank you Lawrence at Four Crosses Garage.

Purchased a vehicle after a short while problem occurred not the dealers fault manufacturing problem with the car Laurence was a perfect gentleman car returned and money refunded no problem pleasure to deal with even refunded the road tax to me

Recently purchased a Chevrolet Orlando from this garage, car was clean and tidy and as advertised but what set this garage apart was the brilliant customer service I received from them, really helped me out and they were knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful

Went to view car was lovely so purchased car Left deposit very particular on body work and this met my needs went to collect Car driving down a5 with children and window door panel flies off in bush pull over to see what it was hadn’t been done right, was just stuck on got home someone checked car out to find it had broken bracket on fog light when mot was done so should of been picked up, oil leak, exhaust bodged should of had new one massive crack under car. Looked round car and had fresh scuffs on front Looks like it had been taken off road with all mud under neath recently In between me viewing and collecting it also had few fresh scratches and none of this was on car, So the car I picked to wasn’t the car I viewed extremely disappointed rang the garage said wasn’t happy they said don’t know what’s wrong with it so realed it all off got my car back and had to wait over the weekend for my money. Was sold a faulty car Never will I deal with these people again.
