When trying to get a car on finance, they did everything to help me get a car. Once I had it, they didn’t want to know. Starter motor went within a month, timing belt and clutch needed changing. As soon as I rang up with complaints about the vehicle, they wasn’t interested. I ended up paying for new motor. They promise to reimburse me and every time I rang it was the same b.s excuses with we’ll ring you back. The director was always ‘sick’. Glad they were shut down, I would gladly get arrested for beating 1 of the staff up

Please stop ringing me everyday upto 10 times a day its ridiculous!!!!!! I don't want car finance with you. Ive kept all the history of your calls, its harrassment!!! 😡

I bouught a car from his company and my only wish is that I would have read more reviews before buying a car. - I was sold a car that looked great - but gave nothing but issues after having for just 3 days... There was a loud banging rubbing noise. I called the company who then advised me to go to a local garage and have the car inspected. So off I went to local garage - The wheel was not fitted correctly and as advised by local garage if I would have gone 3 more miles it would have been detrimental!!! Called back the company and no one could give a damn that I had driven this car and had my children in it.. I was then advised to get the car repaired and would be reimbursed.... Surprise surprise the job came to £360 and they had the cheek to tell me it was only a £100 job.. and that's all they could refund. When called back no one answered the number or my messages - Then wrote a complaint letter almost 2 weeks ago,,, again no reply or acknowledgement. I call everyday and leave message.... now feeling like I am a nuisance. I am not going to stop fighting for what is right.!!! Funny before I bought the car the amount of calls I received and sweet talk into buying the car... No I cannot get in touch with anyone.???? I will be taking this further... Small Claims court ... all the way... Disgusting company... Please please be warned steer clear of them...

Told them if they ring me anymore then I'm reporting it to the police, its harassment, like many people have said, I blocked the number but can still see on my call list that they are still ringing four times a day. They all should of been swallowed.

I had taken a car out on finance these car provided me the car, do not get a car with these guys ! I’m paying my finance on a car that doesn’t work it’s been sat on my drive for two months nearly they have no interest of fixing from day one nothing but problems .. I’ve only had it 4 months !! Absolute joke of a company

partner took car on finance with these cowboys to find out on way home engine's light lighting up we live in coventry so had a little distance to travel when we phoned them they stated its had all checks and is fine. So we managed to get home carefully next day went to start car up didnt start phoned fowler again they said the same thing it is perfectly fine so got RAC to come check it they were shocked we managed to get back to coventry and was tild this car is a absolute mess and should not of been on the road at all putting myself and my partner life in danger all fowler did was take car back not replace it and expect us to pay them for nearly killing us please avoid these rip off people as they only care about money not safety

Got a car from fowlers after a years payments made the gear box broke which they repaired after a chew on getting passed around for them to fix. A year after that the gear box goes again...and to top it off they didnt even use the right parts for the gear box. Rang them up amd they told me a cudnt prove they put wrong ones in!!! Fucking idiots and nothing but cowboys...all there cars are auction cars...take my warning and dont get a car from these idiots...i will be taking these to a small claims court....fucking joke!!!

Avoid this company as much as possible!! My car was sold unfair for purchase and I was ignored until it eventually broke down! Had to get my own recovery service and was told all costs would be covered which wasn’t and still hasn’t been! Constantly being passed around to near enough everyone in the company and it’s still not even been resolved baring in mind it’s nearly over 1 week!! Disgusting service and not customer service based atall!!!!

Well where do i start i had a car from these con artists a yr and a half ago i was basically forced into taking out extra cover incase something went wrong with the car well i broke down last week towed to a garage told my bottom end of engine has gone so need new engine i tried to ring fowlers since saturday now Wednesday no answer at all so i went down fowlers and they have now changed name to car finance today so went inside asked if this was fowlers their reply was yes so i thought this is strange so i explained about the car and my extra cover and the woman was more botherd that it was alot of mither for her like is she for real i was told they will send a truck out now we are still waiting!!!!! Fowlers you are not getting another penny from me and am seeking legal advice as iv been missold cover and i want other peoe to think twice about getting a car from these people as they wont last long my car is serviced every 6 months... Avoid at all cost unless you want to be left without a car they really dont care after they sell you the faulty cars and rip off cover for engines etc avoid avoid avoid iv contacted watchdog and trading standards and ombusman about fowlers finance
