Fowlers in Stoke On Trent sold me a Zafira car that has been back 5 times for repair since I purchased it and day by day more problems arise. I have even had an independent company employed to examine car. Found leaking/ faulty gear box, engine oil leak, steering assembly wonky to say the least. Faulty lambda sensor, faulty crank position sensor, faulty seat belt, misfire on engine. I have bent over backwards trying to be reasonable with FOWLERS who now won't even respond to me although there happy to keep taking my weekly payment for mechanical break down cover. It's now in the hand of the finance company as the car is un roadworthy, I'm losing work hand over fist. So my advice is please don't fall into Fowlers trap, their cars seem to be dangerous, over priced and there customer service is non existent.

Absolutely shocking company purchased car in may 2013 after 3 days the car was undriveable water in oil manifold loss of power symptoms of head gasket gone contacted fowlers weren't very helpful till I threatened to pull out of contract had to argue for a courtesy car. Two months later car broke again was taken away for repairs no courtesy car supplied in oct 13 car broke down again taken to independant garage who informed me that the car was unsafe the work carried out by fowlers was usatisfacory they hadn't bolted the engine back properly too dangerous to drive repairs carried out by independant garage parts supplied by fowlers again no courtesy car or apology 1 month later there is water in oil manifold no power and really ticky engine again un driveable was ignored by fowlers told it was general wear and tear too busy to talk to me! (Actual words!) Refused to give me managing director details for a letter of complaint still no courtesy car cowboy traders taking advantage of people
