As far as the customer service is concerned I am very very pleased! They did a good job throughout the sale, they were thoughtful and handled everything well. They even went the extra mile and arranged a service for me at the Kia garage. The car itself is running and performing well. As I would have expected for such a low milage car. The car is automatic which I have adjusted too well. I have already passed my satisfaction onto my friends and colleagues!

My new car is bigger than what I am used to but that is exactly what I was wanting! Its taken some adjusting too but I am really pleased with it! I have to say Les Rayners made sure everything was tip top for me! The lads were brilliant to deal with.

We absolutely love our Skoda Octavia and couldn't have wanted better service from the lads at LRFMC! During the purchase they were all polite and informative. After the purchase when the little socket stopped working they were so helpful and fixed it up within a day! Can't thank them enough, they are a great bunch!

I bought an Audi A5 from here about a month or so ago and I am made up with it, it drives well and as far as I can tell it seems to have no problems mechanically! The gentlemen who work here are lovely to deal with, I never felt under pressure or rushed! Would happily return.

The team are perfectly friendly here. David was fantastic during the sale and after. The car is absolutely great, after the purchase there was an issue with the sensor on the car and David was more than happy to accommodate this and put this right without any hassle. Since then the car has been perfect.

The insignia Grand Sport I bought from here is a cracking car, I got it for my fiancé and she loves it. We've had no bother with it truth be told. The process of buying the car was all over so quick, I was blown away! Incredibly easy too. I never give anyone five stars but these guys are bloomin close so I will rate a high four.

The experience I got from Guy and David was 2nd to none... they were very professional and very helpful with aftercare as well as the car didn't have a SAT Nav card they sorted it out within 3 days... couldn't recommend them enough. 5 out of 5 👍
