Brilliant service - I was so pleased that wasn't any pressure put on me. I was able to give the car a good look over without anyone 'hanging over me' but there was always some one not far away to answer my questions. Overall I am a happy customer, the car is spot on and I would happily buy another from here.

My Passat is a super car, absolutely excellent! I have had it for a a full two weeks now and have driven it to work everyday, it is so different to anything I have had before and I am slowly getting used to it. What shocked me the most is how quiet the engine is, it quietly purrs away. I wanted to say a big thank you to David for getting me set up with everything.

After buying my Volvo I had a slight issue with it, I cant fault how they have resolved it, they had it back in, repaired and got it back to me, they were great, didn't make it difficult and was happy to help. I'm a firm believer that its when things don't go to plan you see how the business really operates and I can confirm Les Rayner's after care is just as good as the sales service.
