It was so good I recommended to my brother in law and he went straight to Les Rayners and purchased his new motor form there too, he said they were just as brilliant. This is a smashing dealership that you can not fault. It was such a relaxed sale, smooth and all round a nice experience. They weren't pushy in the slightest and do whatever they can to please their customers! I will keep passing on my highly positive recommendations. I know ill be back here if I ever needed a new car!

I am very impressed with the overall experience, I found all of the staff I delt with so lovely and kind. I felt looked after from start to finish and was kept in the loop at all times. The process was over a few days and they showed great communication. The car was spotless on the day I went to collect it, so so clean and tidy and most of all very well presented. Nothing but 5 stars from start from finish.

The Range Rover is running great, we did have a slight issue but the dealership got it straight back in for me and fixed it with no quibble at all. The team was super helpful and friendly and were so kind throughout the process! I think it speaks volumes when the after care service is just as good as the service when they are selling you the car. Thanks for the fantastic consistent customer service.

Given my overall experience I would say I would definately buy from Les Rayners in the future. The service was really good and I have been getting on great with the Volvo, its a cracking motor.
