I would say that compared to other garages I was not pushed or forced here. I was left to it which we really liked! Thanks to the laid back atmosphere I ended up buying a Focus which I absolutely love! I would happily buy another car from here and recommend to others.

The gentleman that sold us the Mercedes was really, really helpful! The experience from start to finish couldn't have been any better, even when I did run into issues they treated me right. They got the car in straight away and two days later it was fixed and there have been no problems since!

On the whole I have been getting on well with my 1 Series, there is a slight issue that still needs to be resolved but I am still in touch with them and they have been more than helpful thus far! David is a nice guy and I can't fault the service received.
