I bought a car from Foxhunters Motor Company last year, I saw it on a car finance website. When I went to collect it I noticed a couple of issues with it. I pointed them out to the dealers and they said they would get them sorted and they did but it took them a long time and a lot of pestering. The car has been fine mechanically so I would say yes - I would recommend Foxhunters but it depends on the car.

well had my golf now for 3 years, part exed my bmw 3series and in those 3 years it has never missed a beat, never failed to start and passed every mot with no problems, its not my first car from les Rayners foxhunters I have had several over the years and never had a problem with any of them. would recommend to anyone.
Very quick and easy process, not hassle. I bought a Volvo V4 back in June and I have had no problems, it runs really well and I am really pleased with the car. The dealers were really helpful and knowledgeable. I would very highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought an Audi A4 from Foxhunters motors in April but unfortunately didn't actually receive the car straight away as the alloys needed replacing. Since I have received the car I have discovered more faults despite the dealer claiming that the car had been recently serviced. I am currently waiting for the dealer to get me a hire car but despite the issues the dealer has been pretty good in sorting out any problems and I would still recommend him to others.

Fantastic service from the lads at Les Rayner Foxhunters. The managed to get my payments £10 per month cheaper than Carfinance247 and got the car ready for me to collect the next day as I was going away on holiday. Would definatley recommend to anyone.
I do NOT recommend this dealer. There was no test drive and because I had to travel a long way for the car I was left with little option but to proceed on first impressions. When I got home there was a noise coming from the front left wheel, and also a problem with the back left door handle. Tried speaking to the dealer but they were not helpful, they just suggested I bring the car in but I am not local so cannot!

We have just been made aware of this review now. We are always willing to help customers with any faults that they have after collecting their vehicle. However it is down to the customer to return the vehicle so that we can investigate and repair and this is explained to the customer upon collection.
The salesman were very friendly and helpful at Foxhunters Motor Company. On looking around their site I found that they had a well presented forecourt with very nice quality vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone in the Whitley Bay area and beyond because of the way I was treated when purchasing my car from here. I answered a 5 for every question in this review

Went to Foxhunters early in 2014. I though they were very good.Only thing that I would say is that i am waiting for the documents so i can get an MOT, this should be sorted soon and I should have enquired early about the documents so partly my fault, they were to ther credit on it straight away for me. One little thing needs to be sorted under the warranty but this will be sorted again when i get the chance as i work away during the week.

The car was fine, happy with that end of things to a degree, had to waste one journey when collecting the car for things that should have been sorted but were not, this was annoying. Why not tell me before setting off! For the pure frustration of having to chase things that should be sorted i would say i wouldn't recommend but this easily something they can sort for other customers so take the advice i would say and you will have returning car buyers who leave better reviews
