Got a good price for my PX at Freeborn Stadium Motor Village, The value of the Citroen I bought wasn't bad either! The car was clean but did have a issue. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership were very helpful though so I would recommend!

Pathetic, car not ready and I placed deposit 2 weeks before, had a fault when I drove it away but left with no choice considering I lived 350 miles away. Very poor customer service and once the salesperson took my deposit he stopped answering the phone. Would never use again obviously
I purchased an Audi from here back in August. The service wasn't great. the car want ready when I came to collect it despite the fact they had two weeks to get it sorted and then i had issues with it not long after I took it away. I got the repairs done at a local garage and after numerous phone calls I have only just been reimbursed by the dealership. The car was a good price but based on the service and aftercare i wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Poor experience with this dealership, The van has been in the shop for longer than I have had it! The door seals were missing, took it back to be replaced and they only did one side, took in back again and the repairs were shoddy, The doors are not aligned at all and they have damaged one of the doors, One of the doors looks like it had been in a rear end scrape and has been badly resprayed and the paint has gone all pitted and horrible. I could go on! I would AVOID this dealership.

I called in to make a deposit and keeps car waiting for me on a promise if I didn't like the car I'd get my money back. I told him I was coming Sunday 10-11 am. When I got there they had no idea I was coming, nothing was prepared and and they had to go find the car bare in mind the bloke I spoke to on the phone was the man I saw in branch. The condition of the car was poor and he had no idea about the car at all or Citroen for that matter. He started serving other customer so we were not priority anymore and the test drive he did not come with us. We found a different car at a different garage with much better service all round so when we asked for the deposit back he basically refused and said he would have to talk to the boss about maybe getting it back until we told him that we will go to court then he said he will try his best. Bad garage bad service I would not recommend to anyone. Freeborn Southampton. I ended up going to Yeomans in Fareham and that was a lot better.
Beware of the FREE for life offers for MOTs, that is offered as part of your purchase deal. This is NOT honoured by FREEBORN CITROEN once your car is 3 years old, even though servicing has been completed by the main dealer. Very poor customer service by a major car dealer. Our vehicle will now be serviced and MOT'd away from FREEBORN , and we will not be a future customer. ********************Update on the FREE MOT for life of ownership of a CITROEN . Eventually I was contacted about the review left by Citroen Motor village Stadium Southampton. Still no real offer to abide by their MOT offer or a refund on what we paid for the MOT. Just more confusion on their MOT.charges. We have stated that we will no longer have our car serviced by them as the dealership, their attitude to customers is not a HAPPY experience and they charge a premium for BAD SERVICE.
