Straight after purchase fresh motors constantly try and pressure you to leave a review (the only reason they have good reviews). I didn’t straight away and I’m glad. After the hard rain and heat I now find aftermarket holes in the roof of the vehicle only sealed with undersized plastic gromits/ no sealant so it leaked all over my equipment. A wing mirror that was glued together that has now started falling apart in the heat as the glue breaks down. The van had multiple little scratches all over at point of sale but I was ok to just resolve these myself but to never be made aware of after market holes in the roof is terrible service and misleading. Again all this would be fine if a resolution was offered. The only responses I have had are that vans have wear and tear, and fresh motors has contacted a solicitor and they do not have to do anything. Just told us to go and buy sealant to fix ourselves and then post a receipt. Unfortunately the van wasn’t worth what we paid and now we’re stuck! Gutted :(

I Have purchased two vehicles from Fresh Motors and have been extremely pleased with both. The guys go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. At no time did I feel pressurised to leave a review or to write about my experiences with the company , Fresh Motors have nearly 120 positive reviews on Auto Trader and the guys have won two national awards for their efforts in this very competitive market. It is easy to write something damaging and harmful over a simple dispute when the facts speak for themselves.

For the purpose of clarity this is a chance review, unfortunately, it’s only too easy to slander across review platforms. Craig purchased a van 80 days before we received notification of his dispute, seeking compensation for “little scratches” and a cracked wing mirror. After receiving photos it was apparent this was a pursuit to exploit reimbursement, likely damage caused independently or by a third party, using a negative review as a threat. We under no circumstances pressurise customers to leaving reviews, all our reviews are left at the willingness and discretion of the individual. Online reviews are not static, allowing the opportunity to re-edit and make amendments, even altering the star rating should you not be satisfied. Our 5-star reputation has been consistently maintained across multiple review platforms, with over 100+ on AutoTrader, hopefully, our approach speaks for itself. Our calibre, reputation and practice have been recognised by winning 2 National Used Car Awards, hopefully surpassing his acquisitions and falsifying claims, highlighting our stand out approach and commitment to satisfaction throughout our business ethos.
