FRF accident and repair body shop Beaufort Road Swansea, are theifs!! The car was hit last Thursday/Friday they gave me a Car for the weekend! And STOLE MY IPhone 14pro! And we know it’s been stolen because they took the child’s bank card out of the back of it and hid it in the car! FRF are denying it and refusing to sort it out! Rude customer service from the ladies in reception, they keep saying management are ‘busy’ and that they rang the insurance company and they were told to leave it and ‘move on’! I didn’t know the phone was in the car until the Saturday! And now it’s off, so we can’t use find my iPhone on it! It’s locked so useless to whoever has it! STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT! 😞

They repaired my car to perfection and can only say that both Darren and Dean were most helpful when collecting my car and delivering the courtesy car and both respectful and polite.

The company have been terrible They have told us that our car was ready to be picked up and we returned the courtesy car only to be told that the car was still awaiting a part as they ordered the wrong part Told we could collect the car and then return it when the part is in Either a car is ready on not it can’t be both Saying it is drivable is not a valid answer to if it is ready or not What a shambles of communication Stressed is not what you expect to be when trying to get your car repaired Still waiting for an update if car will be ready by tomorrow don’t hold up much hope Always quick to say car not ready but did not want to help when we were lied to about car being ready Be honest and stop making excuses for your incompetence

Wouldn't trust them with my push bike. Car drove in with slight rear damage and came out as a non runner, Ecu errors. The recovery driver drove it on to the recovery truck since it didn't have a back window. It got returned later and had to be pushed off the truck. Company refused liability.

I'm a disabled driver with a motorbility car. I had my car booked for repair and confirmed yesterday that a courtesy car would be available. To bo told the day before that there is no longer a courtesy car available and they can't get one either. FRF haven't even started work yet and they have dropped a major bollock.

Just go my car back from FRF Accident Repair Centre, a first class job, very happy with the repairs

Do not go to FRF Accident Repair Centre in Swansea, they are liars and cowboys honestly save yourself the aggro

Went to FRF repair centre to ask them for a quote to repair some scuff marks on the front bumper. They wanted £25 from me for a quote can you believe the cheek of it?????? I burst out laughing and walked out.
