Purchased a Yaris hybrid via Toyota buy on line. All good with on line options etc, then you have to visit the dealership. Nothing but obstacles and a distasteful atmosphere when visiting dealership. Culminated today in collection of vehicle which was not ready for delivery despite emails from Toyota stating 12 noon to pick up. If Toyota wish to have an on line presence, they need to speak to their dealerships, who based on this experience do not want to know Awful , awful dealership.

Took my car for health check in order to renew my lifetime warranty as instructed by Vauxhall Head Office with all requested documentation needed.Due to the lack of understanding of his job he did not provide head office with the correct information in order for me to get my lifetime warranty back on course...there appears to be a total lack of communication and misunderstanding of the job he was asked to perform,hence my lifetime warranty is now null and void even though i have all the correspondence Bye bye Vauxhall
