I have just had delivery of my second motability car from Frf Vauxhall Bridgend and it has been an absolute pleasure, I have had several motability cars over the years of different marques but this dealership is simply the best. I have hidden disabilities and have communication difficulties sometimes but I have had such a positive helpful experience with smiles too. As soon as we entered the showroom we were welcomed with smiles off the staff . We sat down to talk about everything with RACHEL . She looked the perfect sales person in her smart tailored suit and nothing was too much trouble . She was very knowledgeable and we went away happy . Had a motorbility that I picked up today just wanted to say that from the service to the car is absolutely brilliant our sales rep was Dean and he couldn't of been any more helpful. Very pleased with the service and would defiantly recommended to family.
FRF Motors Bridgend which is on the Western Avenue were good as gold with me when I was there buying a car. They gave me a free MOT, 1 year warranty, free cup of coffee, what more can I have to say about my being happy. The car was immaculate and I've had no problems at all, I'll be going back to FRF Motors for my next car.
