After doing my research my mind was made up I was going to buy a C-HR Hybrid.Visited the Swansea showroom to be met by a very pushy sales assistant called Nick. I just wanted to have a look myself and get a few ideas on figures before agreeing to a test drive. The attitude was I needed to drive the car before looking at figures and this seemed the only option. The Sales assistant was very arrogant and I didn`t feel comfortable dealing with him. I`d decided at this point I`d buy elsewhere and when I started to cool my interest he started to pressure more and get more desperate. A couple of comments made I would describe as unprofessional and unnecessary. I had been warned about FRF Motors Swansea by a number of people but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but if this is the ethos of the company stay away and look at other dealers. I decided to look further afield and ended up travelling to buy mine but it was worth it not to be spoken to like this and I had a very good experience with the Toyota dealership I bought from
