We were looking for a car which enabled us to transport a wheelchair. Roy, the proprietor was so helpful, empathetic and very keen for us not to make any rash decision. I have just taken delivery of my new car from Roy at Friars Motor Company, not only did he bring the Vauxhall to me to check I could get my buggy in the back, but was too heavy for me to lift, Roy then arranged for my hand controls to be fitted, then delivered to the Isle of Sheppey, he wouldn't let me take him back to Canterbury, but I managed to get him to Sittingbourne station, It was good to have Roy as a passenger as I got used to the new controls. Car goes like a dream, Thank you Roy. The only non pushy salesman in the country!
