Bought a Vauxhall Corsa in 2017 for £3000 and had a massive electrical & compression fault. I took the car back to them. Couple of days later they returned the car to me saying they had a look and there is nothing wrong. Next day while I was driving the car stalled and I had to call AA. AA told me the car is not roadworthy and take it back to the dealer. They made a big story saying that AA damaged the car and refused to refund my money. I left the car with them and demanded the money back but it took well over a year with the refund. I filed a case against him in courts. Just before the hearing date, he paid my money back. This business should be black listed. He is a master crook. I think he is smart blocking the comments section in his website from time to time. I was trying to write a complaint under reviews section at that time and I couldn’t find reviews. I can’t believe these cowboys are allowed in this country Never Trust this dealer.!!!!!!!!! ****** Should be banned forever ******

I called FS & Co Auto Sale regarding purchase of a vehicle, I was advised on the phone that, the vehicle I was enquiring about had been sold. The owner then advised he has a very similar car for sale, same make, same kind of mileage, great price. I thought this sounds like a good vehicle. At no point did he mention the most important piece of information, that it was a Cat C. I then proceeded to make a 1 hour drive in London rush hour traffic to be greeted by him. He then advises this is a Cat C, I said you did not tell me that or I would not have came. “ He goes read the Add “ Which of course I had not looked at because I didn’t know it exsited and I was originally enquiring regarding another vehicle. The car also has a leak from the sump. Which he did not mention. Save your money, don’t go to this cowboy.

After reading your full story. I think it was your mistake as well to not read the advert. The dealers by law mention this on the advert. It was his courtesy that the dealer told you before buying the car. If you admit that you did not read the advert than its not fully dealers mistake. I am an idependent reviewer .And the dealer has 5 star rating before your review. Advice to read first before booking an appointment and acusing someone.
Late January I purchased a car from these. advertised on autotrader, Not as spares or repairs but as a fully working 2007 Golf GT. On the way home the oil light came on and it was making some peculiar noises. When I pulled in it would not start for Atleast 30 minutes. I called the salesman and he told me to bring it back to have a look at, however it was 50 mile drive for me to make so he offered to send a part that never arrived. He clearly knew there was something wrong with it before this moment and stated that I had signed the paperwork to say that there was no warranty. I was never made aware of this. It is now the month of may and I have had to spent over £300 fixing this car in the past month. However the car finally gave up today and it is most likely Head gasket (among other things) which was causing problem all along. Even after reporting to trading standards etc this company never offered any help. My mechanic also stated to me that the MOT certificate is likely fake!

Buying a car with F and Co was easy. The guys were really helpful and the vehicle was very nice and clean and a really good price! There may be a couple of small problems with the car but I have not yet been back to the dealership so can't really comment on how well they resolve issues yet but I am happy with my experience overall.
