I bought this car in fusco there were a few scrapes they said they would take the car in and remove them I got the car back and there are still scrapes on the driver side

I picked up my car on Fri from Fuscos vehicle sales and it was the most easiest smoothest purchase which was all down to the amazing costumer service from Darren. I cannot recommend him and this company enough, for anyone like me that needs constant help, guidance and recommendations when it comes to buying a car then this is the place to go.
I recently purchased a Honda CRV from Fusco car sales. The car itself was presented very well, cleaned and serviced as you would expect from any car dealer. I feel the customer service could do with some work.... let me explain. The salesman I was dealing with had absolutely NO leg work or sales chat to do, I inquired about the vehicle, I told him it would be a straight sale plus a cash sale, I reserved the vehicle blind with a £200 reserve (on Monday), which was reasonable. I travelled to Bangor the following day which was a 2-hour drive one way for me. Upon arrival the car was ready, both myself and the independent mechanical I had brought with me, we were both very impressed with the car. I went in to close the deal with the salesman, now the day before I was told by the salesman, he would work with me on the price, after all I was not trading in a car in plus, I had the funds in place. Now I was NOT under any illusion I was going to get loads of money off the car and whatever I did get would be a gesture, even enough fuel to get home would have been nice ........ not only did I pay full ticket price for the car, but the minute the deal was done I felt that they couldn't wait to get rid of me. I ask the salesmen if I could get a quite spot for 5 minutes just to change my insurance over, he said why don't you sit in your car. I feel when your spending thousands of pounds you expect a little bit of common courtesy. The question for me would be, would I use Fusco or recommend them to anybody in the future, the answer would have to be no.

Ben initially dealt with me taking a test drive in the vehicle. William was the guy who processed the sale in an effortless manner thank you! All in all there is a friendly professional vibe in the team atmosphere and they even got my Mot completed that morning! at short notice. Well done guys in Fuscos I will definitely be recommending you!

Dep left on car went back to pay bal. Car had been damaged in between times by dealer. Mislaid a out the road tax, listed as 190.00 actual road tax 600.00. When question the sales guy knew about this but neglected to give this information out but instead when specifically asked the question reconfirmed 190. Car was waxed appallingly not polished off and wax streaks left over the car. Give them a wide birth, stay away.
Avoid like the plague. Do not return change of mind deposits. “Oh, it’s still her in credit for you” Pure cowboys. Batman wore a mask.

I was looking for a Suzuki and found the one I bought on car (NI) website from Fusco .I emailed them and William rang me straight away ,he suggested that since I lived a fair we bit away he would send me a video of the car which he did ,which was so good I drove to Bangor the next morning to buy the car .Great team ,would definitely recommend and would definitely deal with them again .

If I could select zero stars I would. If you are happy to play roulette and hope a second hand car gives no issues, then Fuscos is for you. My experience has been a disaster from a couple of hundred miles in, with a catalogue of issues. It would be nice if they actually considered customer experience past there super nice and slick sales team. I would liken the after sales service to a circus. Complete and utter incompetence. My advice- avoid

I have been informed that Neil is no longer employed. I purchased a car in November 2022 and was assured everything was in order. He neglected to give me the log book and I had to return to collect this. Also when I went to tax the car it had been owned by a disabled driver. There were shocking errors including an incomplete service record which makes the car very difficult to sell. The only entry was obviously scribbled in by Neil just before I purchased the car. I was given a hard sell about a service plan and warranty which was inappropriate and non refundable. When I enquired about these matters I was put through to David who was totally unhelpful, uncaring and did not return my calls. Please avoid this company. They really are the epitome of used car salesmen and I feel so badly let down

My experience was something similar. Great story sold at the time of purchase and after sales service a complete joke.
I reserved a car on their website on a Saturday evening- there was no option for me to pay a deposit at this stage. I followed this up with an email. On Monday morning I made an appointment for 11.00 am with Neil to view / test drive car having made it very clear that my intention was to purchase the car. I left my home at 10.00 as I live a good distance away. When I was about 10 minutes from their site I had a phone call from Neil telling me that car was sold. Although Neil tried to tell me that I hadn’t reserved the car I indeed had and wonder why they even have a function to reserve a car if this does not even secure a car for 2 hours from when they opened. I was extremely disappointed and asked Neil to pass my complaint on to his manager. As a week has now past it is obvious that the Manager can’t be bothered to follow up this issue with me - this to me speaks volumes as to how Fusco’s treat their customers. I needed a car and no attempt was made to try and sell me an alternative vehicle or to try and make amends in any way for their error. Neither me or any member of my family will ever deal with this company and I will certainly be sharing my very negative experience of this company.
