Please don't be in trouble by buying car from them. Please check their accreditation. They are not accredited by financial ombudsman. Their guaranty provider also got a very bad review. They sold a faulty car. They charged additional £350 for providing guarantee. Car wasn't clean enough. 1st day they put air to the tyre infront of me. I didn't think it got puncture on it. I had to change the tyre by myself to get back home after collecting. The car wasn't serviced. Then slowly, I was having issues with the car. Lots of issues. Basically they sell faulty car with the guarantee and they want the buyer to spend their time, energy and money by hassling with the guarantee provider years and years. As per the law, they supposed to fix the car. After buying the car, within 2/3 months the car was showing engine light on. As per the law, they should fix and give the car back to me as I reported everything and drop the car back to them within 5 months time. They are now having the car for nearly 2 weeks. Not responding to my emails. Everytime try to call me. I have appointed solicitor, also my finance company is going to go after them. Look like they still don't care.

Car left and key hand over to and this is been polite poor management. Your manager Darren entered negotiations but I did not accept his options. Darren leaving a voicemail asking me to call him and then fails to answer and fails to respond to messages, is not communicating. One star is too good. Please avoid this dealer, had nothing but problems with them and the vehicle I purchased. Lots of empty promises and repairs not carried out. I returned the vehicle and they said they would fix all the faults and after they had the vehicle two weeks they told me the vehicle was ready for collection, the vehicle lasted 10 days before it broke down and left me stranded. I had to get the finance company involved and then reject the Škoda Octavia VRS. The vehicle was returned on the back of a recovery vehicle. Buyer Beware! Avoid this company 0⭐️
