Bought a VW Golf R from Fusion Motors online for over £15000 & had it delivered. The photos online were amazing just the car I was looking for my dream car so I was very excited & couldn’t wait for it to turn up, but when it turned up my excitement turned to disappointment big time… The car was fine on the outside apart from the bonnet wouldn’t open, the rear near side tyre had a massive chunk out of it which I later learned had actually failed the mot the day before & then to my horror there was a puddle of dried paint or artex in the passenger rear footwell & underneath the passenger seat & blobs of dried paint all up the back of the passenger seat too, on the passenger headrests & back seat belt. The seat’s & interior had not been cleaned I was appalled & wanted to cancel the sale & have Fusion motors to come & collect. Luckily for me I had taken out finance so I had the backing of the finance company to help resolve this but even then after phone call after phone call , lots of lies & false promises 3 weeks later it was finally collected. Today one week later I rang the finance company to see if everything had been sorted out & the finance closed they have informed me that Fusion motors still haven’t returned the money to the finance company even after repeated requests now the finance company are in the process of reporting Fusion motors & trying to recover the money. All I can say to anyone thinking of buying a car from this company…. Please read all the reviews very carefully & take note of all the negative comments as I wish I had… One final word about Fusion Motors.

Avoid Fusion Motors of Grays in Essex. Salesman Darren lied about giving a service on the car before handover. This was not done. Documents were missing, and car was unroadworthy as Fusion did not relay the correct procedure for registering back with the DVLA, as they failed to tell us also the car was SORN until after my wife arrived to collect the car. We couldn’t drive it for several weeks. Fusion Motors of Grays in Essex also deliberately chose to ignore all polite contact from us over this. Went through the AA complaints procedure (they are an accredited dealership) and Fusion Motors of Grays in Essex walked away from this. Considering small claims court right now. Be wary of AA accredited garages. The AA’s seal of approval is not worth the paper it’s written on.

I bought a VW Golf R from Fusion motors for Over £15000 online & had it delivered. The inside was filthy there was a pool of dried paint in the rear passenger foot well & blobs of paint all up the back of the passenger seat & headrest. The bonnet wouldn’t open, the passenger rear tyre had a big chunk out of the outer wall that was failed on the mot the day before & when I rang the dealership to refuse the car & told them to come & collect it , it took 3 weeks & countless telephone calls before it was eventually collected. Luckily I’d taken out finance on it so the finance company helped me in convincing Fusion Motors to collect it & return the money to the finance company. I’ve just rang the finance company 1 week after them collecting the car & suprise surprise Fusion motors have not paid the finance company back yet & the finance company is now in the process of reporting Fusion motors. Please don’t get involved with this company, all they do is lie & fob you off with a million excuses… I have one word for this company… COWBOYS.

To be Honest, Myself & My Family are over Whelming Happy with the Car. What Cars described & What they deliver, is so Accurate. We Did not even visit them as Very Far Away from our place. After the Delivery, we realize, we received the Car, exactly what We saw on the Pictures and Live Video. They are very Honest, Trust Worthy & Providing Excellent Service.
