Bought a Volkswagen T6 Camper from Future Vehicle Solutions over the past couple of weeks and I would not hesitate to recommend. Priced these vans all over the UK and they were absolutely spot on when it came to value for money but also quality of the conversion. Nothing was an issue when coming to adding an awning and bike rack which was done for me prior to collection. Product knowledge was second to none. Easiest car purchase ever, nice to deal with and a great selection of cars, booked a test drive for a 3 door Audi but when I arrived it wasn’t practical for me however the guys had almost the same car only with 5 doors. They made the whole process painless, really happy with my new car.

Stay away from Future Vehicle Solutions. Bought a car, 1 day later a major oil fault error pops up stating i should turn the car off and not drive it as it could cause serious engine damage. Contacted the garage they tried to shrug it off as if its nothing (i spent the best part of nearly £7000 so it was a major issue for me) So i had to take it to their "mechanic" on burnfield road who did not see to have a clue about anything on the fault. So they decided to take it to another mechanic in Paisley to look at it, leaving me without a car a few days after buying it. They tried to fix it, 1st attempt it was apparently fixed, same problem after an hour, so went back and was told to take it back to the mechanic, 2nd attempt it was again apparently fixed same problem again after driving out the garage. 3rd attempt they "fixed" it. So in total was left without a car for about 3 weeks after buying it due to their dodgy car. So some months pass by the car out of nowhere just stops while driving at speed due to the timing chain failing and lo and behold the garage confirmed to me that the fault that was coming up when i bought the car was this exact fault related to the timing chain. The timing chain guides were broken and the pieces dropped were causing low oil pressure around the engine and thats why the engine fault was coming up when i bought the car. Went back to the garage and as usual they didn't want anything to do with it. At the moment i'm left with a car that requires a new engine all due to this fault that was there from day 1. When i wanted a refund after the 1st attempt to fix the car failed, the owner James got really aggressive saying the Consumer Rights Act is a grey area and if i wanted a refund it will take me a very very long time to get it back and that he has very deep pockets to fight this. Luckily i have ALL conversations with him recorded. So please avoid buying from them. Will be taking this matter further to the courts needless to say.

Got the full five star treatment at future vehicles; great price, car in excellent condition, super fast finance decision, good price for my old car and a warranty included. Couldn’t have gone any better.

Spotted my new car on Autotrader, called in to arrange a test drive, was given a good description of the car and it’s history over the phone and was impressed with the car in the flesh. The guys had all the paperwork done in no time and I was able to drive away the same day ( my insurance took longer to get sorted)

I can't speak highly enough of Colin and Glen. I had arranged a test drive of a vehicle, but was also interested in another. No problem, handed me the keys to both cars, invited to have a look around, start them up and tell them which one I would like to drive. No hassle, no pressure. Having decided which one I wanted to drive, we ran the figures to see if it was in my budget range. I appreciated this as it meant I wouldn't have to settle or be disappointed if I liked the car after the drive. They structured the deal perfectly and made everything very easy and hassle free. I thought I was taking a risk going to this dealership, but I'm delighted I did. Fantastic car buying experience. I would highly recommend. Good job guys, keep it up.
