Fantastic service from sales staff at Future Vehicle Solutions and was more than happy driving car away my Audi A5. Since then I've spent hundreds of pounds fixing problems with car and warranty doesn't seem to cover any of it. None of these problems mentioned when buying the car... what's the point in the warranty....! I've had the car 4 months.... hmmm.

My partner and I have just had a baby and our BMW 1 Series was not big enough. We were only out starting to look for something bigger and were so impressed with the calibre and selection of cars we ended up buying an Audi A4 estate and as it was ready to drive away it is already at home in the driveway.

Bought an Audi A5 just before Christmas and was really pleased with the dealership and the service I received. The car was serviced and MOT'd and I was able to take it away there and then which really suited me as my old one was worn out. Thanks again Colin & Glen for all of your assistance.

Helpful at point of purchase but do not want know when problems arise after. Do not reply to messages car lost oil from journey home and has since no reply to emails or requesting help!

Wow what a great dealer. My boyfriend and I have been looking looking to replace our car for over a month now and have been mucked around and let down by numerous other garages (who will remain nameless) however Future were fantastic from start to finish. Got a really good deal not only for my part exchange but also a 6 month warranty included in the price. Not pushy at all and they had the car ready to collect a day before we had arranged which was great. Thanks again Glen and we will definitely look you up next time we're wanting to buy another car.

Bought a car under a month ago from the garage, runs well and hasn't missed a beat yet. Sales men we very helpful and couldn't do enough for me when looking at the car and testing it. After the purchase about a month later noticed that the oil level was dropping quite a bit and there was a smell of oil in the car - rocket head gasket needed replaced. Mechanic i use spotted it as soon as he opened the car and said it was clearly there before the sale as it was a bad leak. Contacted the Dealer to see if they would help resolve the issue and was met with an unsympathetic no. Taking no responsibility for the issue and stuck to the bought as seen line. Became very reluctant to help, didn't reply to emails, and failed to call back on multiply occasions. Dealer severely let them selves down with the after sale service. becoming very difficult to deal with and wanting nothing to do with me once they had my money. Also told by sales man that because my car was a lower end model they couldn't afford it with the profit margins. Cost of the car should not dictate if you a re allowed to sell faulty goods or not.

I have bought 2 cars of them first one needed engine rebuild so then took second car of them to have this car being in the garage every month with a new fault i also nearly crashed the car due to an electric fault was very scary, they also said it had oil service and full service but somehow after 1500 miles it says i need another service, it has had so many faults in the 7 months ive had it. It is still of the road due to electrics, i asked them for help and got none, the trading standards are involved now so hopefully no one else has such bad experience as myself.

Bought a couple of cars off them now. Really helpful and gave a good price for my part exchange.
