On the day I collected the car I got a message from the dealership checking we had got home safely and checking the car was all okay. I honestly cannot recommend this dealership enough, they were really good, helpful and pleasant. They kept me updated throughout the process and their honesty was out of this world. I would definitely give it a five out of five and would give it more if I could.

I came across G H Motors online as they had the model of car which we were looking for and it seemed a really nice car. There was a few repairs which needed to be done before I collected the car which took a few weeks but I was really pleased they did all these checks and provided the repairs that were necessary. I dealt with a few different sales people who all looked after me during my car buying experience. There was just a few times I had to keep phoning about various things but so far so good with the Mercedes C Class.

After months of poor communication, ongoing delays, and repeated obstacles which at times appeared intended to discourage me from pursuing a resolution, GH Motors Ltd have now finally paid following court proceedings. The faults with the vehicle appeared almost immediately after purchase. Independent evidence supported this, yet resolving the matter became unnecessarily difficult and prolonged. The matter proceeded to court and judgment was awarded in my favour, including: • Refund of the vehicle cost • Court fees • Hire vehicle expenses • Inspection costs • Loss of earnings My advice to anyone purchasing a used vehicle: * Keep all communication in writing * Obtain independent inspections early * Understand your consumer rights * Keep copies of all evidence and documents throughout the process * Make a note of your mileage!!

The Evoque is so far so good, I do need to pop back down to the garage at some point because I don't think I've got the service paperwork that was completed by the dealership, and the car itself still says it needs a service. There was a also couple of bits I with the windscreen wipers and a little knock in the back when reversing. Other that those little bits the experience has been good.

My experience with GH motors was mostly good. I think the car has been a little bit of a shunt nothing too serious, it’s just the fog light surround fell of and I’m waiting to hear back from GH motors regarding a replacement. Aside from that the Insignia is perfectly fine and its pretty much doing everything I wanted it to.

The Mercedes AMG is a brilliant car, and the process of buying it was smooth. All of the staff were very professional throughout.

Came across GH Motors on Autotrader whilst looking for a bigger car, as I have a family, when I found the Seat Ateca. When I was at the dealership, they really looked after me, the blokes down there were great and made it a smooth process and had no issues.
