Do not buy of this guys. I spent 7k on car that should be in very good condition. Until now i spent extra 2k on fixing hidden faults ( when i got diagnosis from audi specialist i couldn't believe...) and it looks that more will need to be spent. I had 12 months warranty offered with this car so decided to buy assuming it will cover any faults occuring. Unfortunately i was wrong as this waranty covered only fraction of costs... Consider yourself WARNED!!! In my opinion this is the worst dealer i ever encountered. I feel i was robbed. Dont waste your time or money with this dealer.
I bought my car from GH Motors recently and had problems with it the day after. I reported the problems to the sales team who just simply didn't want to know. I had to contact the owner who was rude and almost aggressive towards (I have video recording of this) who then tried to blame me for the issues with the car. I asked for a refund, he refused but did agree to have the issues looked at. The car was returned but not all issues were fixed so I tried to take it back. This was difficult to do as they just simply didn't want to know and just stalled me at every point. The car was looked at again but came back with a big scratch which I questioned. They told me that it was there originally but I said I can produce evidence that it wasnt. They just wasnt bothered to top that off only some of the other issues were fixed but again not all. I asked for a refund again but again this became difficult. I threatened with court action but the owner just simply said go on then. I have never known such a business to be this rude and aggressive towards customers who have paid good money to them. Be careful if you buy a car from here. Record every conversation you have as you made need this later. To conclude, I wouldnt buy a car fro here if it was the last garage on the planet.
A brill service from start to finish, I couldn't praise GH Motors and the sales team more for their continued efforts and the time they spent with me. I love my new car it's brill. Even the help and support after I had brought the car was beyond the service I expected. I would definetly recommend them if you are looking for great service, a friendly approachable team and a brilliant used car.
Shocking!! Great sales team car has had more problems than English government n basically waiting weeks for them to get parts m days to fit them n told basically we Carnt supply you with a car as our ONE courtesy car is out
From walking onto the forecourt to driving the car away I was very happy with the service I received. They were friendly and professional and the after sales service was hassle free, they fixed a small ignition problem that developed a week later quickly and totally free off charge.

I went down to G H Motors in July to check the car out after seeing it on their website, The car was sat there ready to go, I took it for a nice long test drive and from then the sale was done and dusted within an hour. Since then it hasn't put a foot wrong and it does the job.

Not impressed WITH G H Motors.After looking online for a car I came across G H Motors Mansfield, they were advertising a used car with full service and plenty of MOT. After ringing to go and view the car we drove two and a half hours almost three weeks ago. My first impressions of the guy who came to us were he was rude and blunt and quite frankly didn't seen to give a crap about us as customers. Me and my partner both took the car for a test drive and it drove really well. There were marks and scratches which weren't advertised so we began to discuss price with the two guys in the office at which time we found out the car didn't have 12 months MOT but in fact had only 2 months and the guys basically called us liars until we brought it up online. Anyway we thought we had a good deal. We drove up to asda which is probably a mile from the dealership, when we got back in the car a warning flash code 21 came up on the dash thankfully it was just a light bulb, we then drove it back home not problems .. Within a week the car started hearing a crunching noise when it was being reversed my partner took it to a local garage where they said there was a problem with the gear box and my tyres weren't roadworthy as that the car should not have been sold with the tyres. Thankfully took warranty out so rang the company who we have warranty with an got offered to go to Halfords and they will sort the issue out or ring the garage back and see what thy say. They told us to take the car back and they will sort the problem out. We drove the car back and arrived at the garage were the same guy didn't have a clue what we were doing back we told him the issues and he said he will deal with it.. He didn't offer a courtesy car and again was rather rude. We picked the car up three days later they told us there was no issue with the gearbox but they took it out and rearranged and tightened the links they never sorted my light bulbs or tyres out as they didn't have any in the garage. We asked for paperwork as to what had been done and they said there was no record of what they did. He was rude and unpleasant yet again. My partner looked round my car and was gutted to see that there was a massive scuff and scratch on the back if my car which wasn't there beforehand he mentioned it and the guy denied all knowledge of how it got there but yet when his wife mentioned that he was sending me a picture he said that they would get it out. I certainly will not be taking the car back there I will go to Halfords through the warranty. We found the service awful and disrespectful. I think the business needs to take there staff on a customer care course as phone calls with them were just as rude, abrupt and snappy as face to face relations. Will not recommend G H Motors at all.
I bought a ’02 Volvo from G H Motors on July 1st. Having driven seventy miles home discovered that the handbrake wouldn’t hold it on the slight incline outside my garage. Took it to my local garage as thought it just needed adjusting, but discovered that one calliper was seized but could be released, the other was totally seized up requiring a replacement, needed both sets of pads replacing too. When I contacted G H Motors they just said I should have taken it back to them and refused to reimburse me the cost or even discuss it. They didn’t want to know. This was not a problem that had developed overnight, it was obviously there when they sold the vehicle. On their website they state that “Customer service is very important” and that they “pride ourselves on keeping our customers happy” they obviously have a strange idea of what customer service is all about. I would not advise anyone to buy a vehicle from them. Caveat Emptor, buyer beware.
