Went to view a focus and it had the tyre pressure sensor light on during the test drive. We were otherwise happy with the car, and agreed that the car would be serviced and the sensor repaired before collection. On the way home from collecting the car, the sensor came back on immediately. A few weeks later the clutch and flywheel failed. We called back to claim under the 'warranty' and was told that we had exceeded the fair usage mileage, a fact that was argued out by GH motors until we offered to produce the actual mileage printout from the black box fitted to the vehicle proving their deceit. GH motors refused to oblige their legal duty to repair the vehicle both under the warranty and our consumer rights and offered a £200 discount on the bill which we just gave in and paid for an easy life as we needed the car back and they are a nightmare to deal with! Got the car back with all the badges broken off the back, and the tyre pressure sensor light coming on half way home again! Have been told numerous times since that we will be given a courtesy car and they will repair the fault but it never actually happens, so we have now had to pass this on to our solicitor to claim for the remaining faults as well as reclaim the repairs we have already had to relay under our six month consumer rights. Do not waste your time or money with these cowboys, it's not worth the stress, or the knowledge that con men are bodging about with your car!

Callum S, Dear Sir/Madam. GH have tried too resolve this matter with you via telecon on a few occasions. We did mention that the required parts were not in stock at the dealers and were on back order. Unfortunately we cannot speed up there delivery and the stock that they have onboard. This ia exactly the case, in house warranty you pay for, so they decided if they want to repair it or not, then an excuse like wear and tear,bollocks when it breaks down 2 minutes from the keys been handed over.
I purchased a Vauxhall Insignia from here just before Christmas, the car came with a new MOT, service and a warranty should anything go wrong for peace of mind. Initially I spoke with Chris and then met Jeremy. Both were friendly and knowledgable. I test drove the car and then decided to buy it. Spot on service.

service was great until I took the vehicle, the boot does not close properly, several pieces on boot trim where loose and not fitted properly, after closer investigation I found welding jobs below the weather proof strip, that would suggest it has been in a rear end collision, i will be getting the car on the ramp this afternoon to get a look underneath, the merc foot operating park brake keeps getting stuck, especially when cold, this will explain why it wasn't left on in the forecourt, although the recent cold weather will not help. there is a rattle coming from the rear left of the vehicle, i just pray this is a bush or anti roll bar link, WHICH SHOULD OF BEEN MENTIONED ON THE MOT THAT YOU GUYS DID!! otherwise it will be down to the bodge job repairs, I suggest you get in contact with me to sort this out, or it will be taken further as the car is not fit for purpose and i have reasonable suspicions that your Mot license came from a Christmas cracker
This is probably the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. The car I bought developed a fault less than 1 week of purchase. I took it to the garage as part of the RAC warranty. The fault was diagnosed and seemingly resolved. I was then required to pay £72 for the diagnostic because the RAC warranty does not cover the diagnostic aspect of the fault. I then informed the garage that as the fault developed less than 1 week from purchasing the car, will they be able to refund the £70, as it is clearly unreasonable for me to have to pay such less than 1 week of buying the car. The dealership has chosen to ignore my emails. The only response I received was a false statement that I informed them that the fault was mis diagnosed when I never made mention of that in my initial email. I am wondering if the car has more faults at this stage. My advice to anybody is that they stay well clear of this dealership because don't expect that they will be sympathetic if things go wrong. I am still thinking of my next steps, but I will be back for an update in a few weeks time.

I've had similar problems!! Currently reporting them to DVSA and trading standards, just takes some time. Hope you got things taken care of.

Don't pay anything! or you shouldn't have had to, claim it back. If the car ia faulty it's up to the dealer to repair it, that includes fault finding, Claim it back.
An hour before setting off on a 8 hour drive after buying the car today we find that a lug nut is missing. They shouldn’t of even let us drive out with this dangerous issue. Also told car had been deeply cleaned yet there’s crumbs on the chair, floor and other dirt. Obviously not true or done half arsed. I’d avoid. Cant be trusted. Smiley to your face, then you get home and find problem after problem. And if they didn’t realise it was missing when selling it to us, that might even be worse. What else haven’t they checked.
Do not believe what you are told. Was told a deposit was refundable. Was told come back take the car for another test drive and if you change your mind you get the refund back. All lies. Was told the car was off sale for three days due to me having a deposit on it. Again lies. The car remained on the website for sale despite a deposit taken. Again, a lie. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

No hesitations in recommending this car dealer. Overall I was very impressed with my experience at GH Motors. I was able to part ex my car towards my new one and it was super easy. The car was in great condition and the guys at the dealership didn’t pressure me either (which was my biggest concern). If I ever want to upgrade again in the future I’ll definitely be back 👍🏻
I am writing this with a large smile on my face! Cannot thank Neil and his great team enough for going above and beyond in helping me buy my second car. With all the Covid restrictions they made me feel safe and assured with all the H&S measures in place. The follow up afterwards to ensure I was happy reassured me I chose the right dealership!
