Everything's ok with the Transit at the moment. Before I bought the van, they had done a service on it but didn’t have the paperwork to hand. The whole experience during the sale was perfect.

The Vauxhall Movano has been fine. I am a bit disappointed, as I was told I would get the service history sent over after I bought the van. However, I have tried chasing it up and have not received any response. Everything else has been brilliant, so I can't fault them too much.

I saw the Ford Transit online and really liked the look of it so I went down to the dealership. When I went down the seemed like a nice bunch of lads, and everything seemed decent, so I went for it.

Overall, everything was fine. My wife and I both love the Vivaro. There were a few little niggles with paperwork along the way, the V5C was put in the wrong name, and the warranty paperwork had to be filled in twice. In the end, all the issues have been resolved, we’re really pleased and would certainly come back again.

My experience with GL Commercials was alright. When I went to collect the Vivaro it was not ready as it was not at the dealership, which caused some delays. Other than that, everything went alright and the Vivaro is seems alright at the moment.

To be fair, the Transit has been all good. When I was looking around online, GL had the van that met my requirements. Initially, when looking at the adverts the price didn’t specify if it included VAT. I only found out when calling in and arranging to buy it. When I had a small issue with the display screen in GL offered to get the van booked in straight away. Overall the staff were quite helpful and the experience was good overall.

Brilliant experience with GL Commercials and the Berlingo is still running fine. Everything was quick and easy. We went down to the second site to see the van, then came back to the main site later that day to pay and they had it there already for us. We are already thinking about going back to them for another van!
