If you have a Honda, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Gary at G&M Honda knows these cars inside-out, and he's always been extremely helpful. Plus, they're very reasonable with their prices. Whenever I get a quote from Invicta Honda for work, it's always more expensive than G&M Honda.
I managed to book my car for transmission fluid change for next week, which wasn't even expected. Though it is usually very busy, hard to find a space, I was never refused an emergency service at the price advertised by Honda UK. Friendly and helpful customer service. If you have a Honda than yes, I will recommend G & M Motors.
Love G and M motors. Had three cars from them now. Picked one up today! Great team. Excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble. Customer for life!
I have not had a very good experience with G & M Motors. I bought a car from them in February and I have had a fair few issues with it. All have been resolved but they tried to charge me for a hire car and they didn't send me the log book for weeks!

I had my first service with G&M today, for my Honda CRV Very quick and efficient. The car runs better and smoother than before. They valeted the car inside and out FOC. My last garage Invicta of Maidstone made terrible mistakes on a brand new car.

I bought a merc in February paid 30 grand was told it was the guvnors personal car etc. just had a 1600 repair bill for a cracked oil cooler pump conversation runs like this (BTW I was NEVER given Honda warranty info). G and M did you have it serviced? Me yes G and M regularly ? Me yes G and M do you have proof? Me yes (so I sent it over). G and M sorry didn't have it serviced regularly enough warranty is void? Me OK oops sorry forgot to send one of a string of emails filling in the gap. G and M thank you but we now need proof of EVERY part used and it's authenticity as all parts need to be Mercedes approved ? Me I can't do that as at least one of the service companies don't use Mercedes approved parts. G and M oh well warranty void. Me OK G and M may I therefore have the electronic list of parts YOU used when you serviced it the week you sold it to me (was told by Ed it had been serviced by them just the other day)? G and M one week later sorry we didn't service it. Me OK G and M so you didn't provide me with warranty info regarding servicing and you didn't service it yourself thereby breaking the Mercedes warranty still in force when I purchased it? If you don't believe the authenticity of my post look back it seems G and M are notorious for it and the owner seems to have owned a lot of mercs that quickly decayed.
No after sales service what so ever. Still waiting for warranty paperwork (3 months).
Sold a car with damage and the dealer offer to fix the problem using glue, telling me the damage was done in a car park, despite paperwork / mot fail certificate confirming damage to same area of car
I had no other choice but to give one star as there was no other option. This is a message for Ray who is the manager of G & M Motors and the sales man who sold me the car. I bought a Mercedes E220 estate from your selves. Apparently the car was owned by Ray i have tried calling so many times to speak to Ray. but he is never there and busy in a meeting and i am told that Ray will get back to me or Barry will get back to me. I understand i bought a used car and there will be some things that i will have to get repaired. So in about a month the front near side suspension ball joint went. I got it replaced. I had to call Ray and Barry 4 or 5 times to let me have the Warranty Documents as promised at the time of sale so that i can get the work done. Barry promised that it is on its way and i will receive it in a few days. I waited another month. Warranty papers were no where to be seen. So called up and as usual Mr. Ray was busy. So i left a message so that either Ray or Barry to call me. i waited another few days and called back, this time i was able to speak to Barry. Barry said that Ray should have sent the Warranty papers long back as he to him that he had already sent it. Barry said that he will make sure that i get it in the next few days and assured me of that. I bought the car mid January 2016 and it now June 2016. I have sent a number of emails to Adam to pass on the message as well. I have all the phone records to prove how many times i have called. On top of all this when i called Mercedes to get the car serviced they told me that the car has not been serviced buy then since 2006. where as i was told that this car has a full service history even as per the add in Auto trader which i have a copy of. When asked Barry told me that the Mercedes service history is all digital and Mercedes will be able to give it to you if you need it. So I Guess that this car has not been serviced in the past 10 years!! Mr. Ray i think you will have to prove that this car has been serviced and had a full service history as i have witnesses to prove that Barry said that this car had a full service history. All i want is the service history and the warranty documents and it should cover me from June 2016 not Jan 2016. If i do not get a reply to this message I will have no choice but to take it further. Dont know if the service you provide to your customers is always like this. Your company sells Brand New HONDA cars as well, do they receive the same service. you guys have all my contact details Please get in touch with me. If I dont hear back from yourselves, I will have no other choice but to take legal advice.
