Avoid at all costs. Dodgy backstreet Asian set up. Vehicle I was interested in had a garage if faults. I found this out as I purchased it. Within a few hours of ownership. Many many faults surfaced. Be very aware of the MOT garage this dealer uses. The faults that came up on the car should of been picked up on the MOT as a fail straight away. Think the guy pays minimum at auction, knocks them together and marks them up for sale. Keep your money and sanity and avoid at all costs. Slimey salesman Adam or (Irfy Younis real name) refer to Neon Motors in Bradford, this was his last set up, the reviews are shocking!!! You have been warned!!!!!!

Had Great Service from Adam and the team at G3 Motor House. really pleased with the Citreon DS3 we bought. We asked for a MOT to be carried out and new tyres which were done. I paid extra for the alloys to be diamond cut which were done really well. My daughter is very pleased with the car, drives very well. Tony Kelsall.

First impressions count for me .. and from my initial emails with Adam to turning up at the site and seeing what G3 had to offer provided a lot of confidence in Buying the car from them. I had looked at a few cars before coming across this garage .. and have to say their car was by some way the best condition one ... so i bought it! Simple , pleasurable and felt like they valued my custom, which is i guess is how it should be. Thanks...would recommend G3 Motorhouse no problem. Extremely happy with car, service and value for money.

Below is a review I left on google along with the response from G3 Motorhouse. This is the only response I have gotten from them. Bought a car of G3 MOTORHOUSE and at first it was all good, Untill I picked up the car. I should have known something was up when the car had no logbook and the dealer made me pay for a replacement. Got the car home and the following morning the car had a oil leak. My initial thought was to return the car (I wish I had kept to that thought). Phoned the dealer saying the car was leaking and that I wanted to return it, He immediately said he would minus £200 because of the inconvenience of having to get a new log book. After talking to some people and calming down a bit I phoned the dealer back and he agreed to pay whatever it coats to put the car right and to get it repaired at my local garage. To cut a long story short the car has a number of problems, the first of which was a leaking injetor o-ring which the dealer paid for (and the cheapest). followed by a broken servo pump which was also leaking and after a complete check the garage found the brake disc's were found to be dangerous, the Crankshaft rear seal (the main cause of the oil leak) was leaking badly into the gearbox bell housing affecting the cluch and flywheel and a few other problems as well. After this the legitimacy of the MOT came into question especially with the brakes and the garage said there is no way the car has been through a proper MOT and the car was cleaned up to make it look fine without taking things off to check. Reading through some of the comments this is not the first time Thornbury tyres and autos have been mentioned. Needless to say the car is not safe to drive. I decided to go through the AA mediation service with no luck. The car was sold with a 15 month warranty (AU Warranties) but when I checked the warranty company to see if I could get something to help with repairs they had no record of the car, which I also told the AA. When the AA asked about the warranty the dealer said that he asked me to upgrade the warranty to the Absolute cover, Which they did not. Never got an answer to way the Basic cover wasn't activated. After sending letters and emails I was left with no option but to take court action which they have not responded to me or even brother to defend themselves to the court. Be wary !! Response from the owner2 days ago Dear Readers, As always the truth is somewhat subjective? Yes Customer did ring us with a problem, customer was adamant he wanted to use his own mechanic rather than bringing the car back to us, we duly agreed and paid for the repairs to the car without quibble or even seeing the problem for ourselves contrary to the CRA 2015 We calmly agreed to the customer repairing the car on his own mechanics directions and to customers own satisfaction. His own mechanic got the job wrong, customer then decided there was a problem. However once we had paid for the repairs we believe customer then decided there were more problems in order to extract more money from us but still wouldn't let us see the car, we duly declined now. As far as we are concerned we did everything correct without argument from the first point of contact as customer satisfaction is our goal. We believe any judge on the planet will see we had done our job correctly, so we more than happy to let common sense prevail. The customer contacted the AA who agreed we had done our job correctly after investigating the whole claim. One thing customer is right about is everyone should be wary when buying used cars, we are a used car dealership and not magicians and cannot see through cars, cars are lumps of metal made up of thousands of components, we are not x-ray machines, choose a dealer that will not argue when a problem does arise, such as ourselves!!! we understand used cars do go wrong, we are aware of this and are always happy to help. In response to the comment from G3 motorhouse, first things first G3 motorhouse said use my own mechanic and at no point did they ask for the car, I was later told this is a way they get out of things because they didn't see the car so they can blame it on the mechanic and not once did they ask to see the car, and to the comment any judge on the planet will see we had done your job correctly I say this, Why didn't they defend themselfs if they where so sure they did everything correctly because I personally would have liked to court , instead I had to put in a default judgement. Also I know cars can go wrong but that's where the warranty is meant to step in is it not, So where is the warranty which was supposedly with the car? Even putting aside the oil leak how do they explain dangerous brakes which supposably went through an MOT. I did ask the AA to ask them to at least refund and the non-existent warranty and put a little towards the repairs on the car and they declined, so court was my only option left, Last thing if they are so happy to help to resolve problems why haven't they contacted me once during all this, the part about extracting money is really offensive all I wanted was a car that worked and what I got was a car with many faults and classed as dangerous to drive.

Bought a 1 series on Feb 1st 2019 from G3 Motor House. The car is sound and Adam deal with everything brilliantly. He sorted a top rate out on the finance and was easy to deal with. Highly recommend. Cheers.

We recently bought a 2010 bmw 320d from G3 Motor House, the vehicle was described exactly as it was, very good customer service. They upgraded the warranty for free and enclosed a 12 months AA breakdown package. Highly recommend
