Agreed a price for my daughters car with the rep. We called in yesterday to exchange and meet the manager, who took the car for a test drive .When he returned he asked us to come back the following day as there was a problem with transferring the money ,at no time did he dispute the valuation we had been offered. We returned this morning and as we were filling out the paperwork we were told the the price had reduced by 500 pounds on the say so of the manager. I will not use the company again and would definitely not recommend them
Very poor experience. Poor quality of car Very rude staff

GMC 2000 dealer cheated and concealed the technical condition of the car, did a fake MOT test Car. After 30 days of purchase, the car had a serious breakdown. The first turned out that the fuel tank was so corroded that it was leaking fuel. The rear suspension had such corrosion that when trying to remove the rust, holes were made. Worst of all, the front shock absorber was so corroded that the car collapsed under its own weight in the parking lot after driving 80 miles on the M1 motorway. This person was lucky because if it had happened on the motorway, there would have been a collision and his whole family could have died. The car should fail the MOT test and be sold. The DVLA didn't even take away the license from the garage that was doing the MOT test for the GMC 2000 dealership. The reason why the DVLA didn't take legal action on this case was because the car collapsed under its own weight due to corrosion it was impossible to take it to another garage for the new MOT test, they didn't even send anyone to check the car. After three months, together with the financial company, it was won that the dealer took the car and canceled the contract. It is sad that many people could have died. That the DVLA, despite many reports, did nothing about it. And the car was sold again with the same cheated MOT. Only the next owner did a new MOT test and it turned out that after 6 months from this fake MOT test, the car was in such a bad technical condition that it was suitable for scrap. In the six months since the MOT test done by the GMC 2000 dealer, the car sat in the parking lot for 3 months damaged then was taken by the GMC 2000 dealer and resold. It's sad that the DVLA is not doing anything about it. The dealer is unpunished, sells the car with a new MOT test and the car is in poor technical condition.
Do not buy a car from here, complete ripoff merchants, did me out of £2000 sharks,
Bought a car had nothing but problems they were quick to take money but so slow having repairs done They will sell you cars with existing problems then take 10 days to fix without replacement car which are apparently already out ( out of space more like ) 4 month down line I’m carless again as the car was not fixed correctly This has almost lost me my career and put my son in danger with the faults that happened with this car my son is poorly and has missed vital appointments without a care in the world from this garage I’m so stressed and my life is so impacted by such a rubbish garage and I get angry at this man getting rich on selling faulty cars Please think twice before u give your hard earnt cash to these people I hope this garage loses its licence as I am seeking legal advice. Plz plz don’t make same mistake as me I’ve taken at least 20 days off work Car was 7k !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I traded a nice little runner for a heap of junk.
Bought Renault Modus Dec 2020 great service to start. However 6 months later after finding a slow puncture I realise the locking nut key is missing. Contacted GMC200 but they weren’t really interested only advice was to take it to the tyre garage they use! If you’re interested in one of their cars make sure you get everything required to do the simplest thing!

I bought a car from there supposed to have had an oil leak sorted but it hadn’t cost me £600 don’t trust Mark and in the rear of the car inside it was filthy got a valet
I needed a reliable run around fast. Found the 1.9 CDTI (150) on there website and bought the next day. Fast, efficient truthful service and for the money the car is great. Drives like new pretty much. Provided a full new mot and one month warranty. I would have given 5 stars was it not for the £50.00 admin fee at the end of the transaction. I'm not sure why that was charged.
